  How in the heck do you know? I am sure my parents would tell you the same thing but what they would never dare to tell anyone is how I was beaten at least weekly (on average) for things I couldnt control. They also wouldnt tell you how I was told I would never make anything of myself or how everything I was good at I got punished for doing, mechanics, singing , running, electronics. My parents would NEVER mention how from the age of six I wasn’t allowed to have money and any money I EARNED I was forced to give to my father the gambler or be beaten.

  Making a decision such as you have done based upon a one sided statement is IDIOCY.
  YES I am a dissapointment to my parents, IN THEIR EYES, NOT IN MINE.

  Glenn,

  I may very well be the only peson thinking this, but honestly after working 16 hrs each day try to catch up on bills it can be difficult fo a tired man to read such a long story when his wife wants a little attention, he has to take a shower and his kids need help with homework.

  I am it trying to put you or your website down but if there was a way, any way, to gve a short synopsis it might help more of us to learn.

  I am a person that has VERY limited time to search for the most important stories over at least 12 different web sites.

  I am not saying dont postthe entire detailed story, I am saying give people like me a chance to get the IDEA of a story before the commi to reading for so long.

  Like the synopsis of any novel on the front and back dust jacket. Help us and we might be able to help you more, and maybe even help ourselves more.

  I hope you understand. I mean no disrespect.

  Folks I never read the original story when he was arrested but as far as this story goes he is innocent. He is most deffinetly a sick SOB but unless he took ACTIONS to carry out his plans he is innocent. It’s kinda like that movie with Tom Cruise about future crimes. If the man did nothing but plan then he is innocent. He must have shown some type of ACTION that would lead law enforcement to believe that somebody’s life was in imminent danger. A person cannot be found guilty for thinking…yet.

If you TRULY believe that the largest sect of Americans is not wiling to accept socialism then you are an IDIOT. Something for nothing is the fact amongst todays society. If you disagree you have blinders on. This country has been turned. It has been infiltrated. It is gone. America is DEAD. We are now just like Europe. Paid to do nothing, No self esteeem, no pride, no self sacrifice,.no honor. Collect your check and live and die. Just die soon. Drugs are ok if it helps to end your life sooner.   I couldnt possibly vote for Ron Paul in the Primaries after he stated that we should let Iran have the bomb, however if it had been Paul or Obama, anyone but Obama.

  I guess I am a little behind the times on this one. Never knew all nudity all the time everywhere was the norm there. I gotta tell you though I would find it highly gross to live in a city where that accidental wet one crept up on sombody and I unknowingly just sat in it. Or maybe the woman who pees just a little cause she laughed to hard right in the seat at the restaurant I decided to stop at. Where is the common decency. Now I have no problems with nude beaches. Been to a few myself but darn man, Burger King, bus stops the local bar? cmon people put some pants on.

  I have no problem with responsible licensed people having hand guns even though I dont own any or like them HOWEVER the person to whom the gun was registered is the killer in this situation. The OWNER was responsible and should face the penalty for their inability to properly secure the weapon away from children and irresponsibility for leaving ammunition either in it or with it. My father had shotguns and rifles but the ammunition was never anywhere that I ever saw. Not that I looked but I darn sure never saw it.

  GOD bless the child that died and her family as well as all the children on the bus that witnesses this terrible tragedy.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

  I think our forefathers said it best. Are we not being reduced under absolute Despotism? Despotism was a term used to describe the unlimited power and authority of the Pharaohs of Egypt. Are we not well on our way to that now?

  When a long train of abuses and usurpations……The term usurpation is used in reference to the unlawful assumption or seizure of sovereign power. Are we not watching that happen everyday with all of these unlawfull executive orders? The act of totally ignoring the law that the President must sign a budget every year? Drone planes flying over our homes? Illegal searches and seizures by the TSA?

  This government that we live under today has become like that of smoking. Slow steady changes that we are willing to live with a little at a time until we finally realize that we can no longer breath.

  We are all scared $hitle$$ about what would happen if we did do what our forefathers did.
  So were they.

  Ok so the citizens vote in their reps in in their local government. We just had an election and the majority voted incorrectly wouldnt you say? Or was their massive voter fraud? Either or we have the wrong people in the State government now and they pick the guy that they know is going to follow what their lobbiests and special interests want. The problem STILL EXISTS just at the state level. If you believe that the problem doesnt exist today in the House but only in the Senate I think you are missing something.

  If you scroll down some you will see my comentary on what needs to be done in government. Special interests are illegal, lobbiests are illegal, no more lifetime pay and benefits OR since we know for a fact that they will never vote to take away all of their goddies from themselves we do what our forefathers did.

  Anyone have a truly better idea?
