  I took the soverin citizen training at GPSTC in Georgia giving by the FBI some of what he says is true the did say that some groups of soverin citizens are people that belive in the constatution and have dont tread on me stickers on their cars

  proper police procedure
  1) Physical presence, police show up on the scene in uniform in police car.

  2) Verbal commands, you need to get back in the car and sit down he told her no less than 4 times

  3) Empty-hand submission techniques, goes over to the car and takes the phone from her and tells her she is under arrest.

  4) Intermediate Weapons e.g. closed-fist punches, kicks, baton, pepper spray, Taser, beanbag rounds and etc., she pulls away while he tries to place her under arrest he tries to put her in a standing arm bar so he can take her to the ground she is drunk and stumbles forward and hits the car.
  I see nothing wrong
