Phelps and his group are overtly awful human beings. Sadly, most of us will spend eternity… right beside them.

Sin is sin… and it is sin that separates us from God.

We are no better than they,

for as it is written, “There is none righteous, no, not one.”

“every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess”… including yours, Billy-boy. When you look up with those huge tears rolling down your cheeks, I’ll be there.

Prove (what we already know)… that Conservatives are better people than liberals. Accept her apology and move on.

    Let me be the first:

    Apology accepted.

Employers pay unemployment insurance premiums on each and every employee they have. Unemployment compensation is no more a “handout” than the check you receive to repair your car after an accident,

I agree with you, Rob. There are plenty of other areas where we can cut government waste. The unemployment rate is still too high and most of those people need the compensation just to get by.

I agree with you, except… I’m not so sure that it’s NOT a sin.

I have hunted for meat, but won’t hunt for a trophy. Don’t believe in taking a life (any life) for sport.

It’s legalistic “Christians” like these who have done so much damage to the cause of Christ.

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

If she really wants to make a statement about what’s going on in Texas… she should hang a 20 week old aborted fetus from each ear.

    That’s who’s being abused.

    Not some inconvenienced sluts.

    No problem, Jim.

You’re forgiven to the same degree that Paula Deen has been.

By the way… no one cares what you think.

    Really.

    I like it!

Jesus himself called us an EVIL BROOD OF VIPERS, so I have no problem with a Pastor speaking truth to his congregation.

Church was not meant to be a social club.

The problem is that we don’t like to have a mirror held in front of us and told, “here… is the problem”.

“You (we) have been weighed in the balances and found wanting.” -Daniel 5:27

No way Tom Hanks is a Christian.

I don’t think that needs any explanation.

First Openly Gay NBA Player Jason Collins *MARCHES* in Boston’s Gay Pride Parade.

    Shouldn’t that be *Prances*?

I’m not an O’Reilly fan, but his “Bible thumping” comment is being taken out of context.

What he said was that if you want to argue against Gay Marriage… you’re going to have to do more than “thump the Bible” (or say that God is against it).

    He’s right.

For those of us who are Christians and believe the Bible is the word of God… that’s all we need… to tell us that GM is wrong.

Sadly, (contrary to what many believe) the majority of Americans aren’t Bible believing Christians and in as much, do not consider the Bible to be any type of authoritative work.

If we’re going to argue against GM, it has to be from the stand point of the definition of marriage, the Constitution and individual freedoms.

If you’re built like she is… you can wear what you want. She takes enough unwarranted abuse, there’s no need to add to it.

Good guy, but the worst actor I’ve ever seen. He’s a fortunate man.

“Difficult’ to Talk About Israel for Fear of Being Called Anti-Semitic”

Now you know what it’s like for anyone who disagrees with or criticises Obama. They’re immediately attacked and accused of RACISM… by your employer (MSNBC) and the rest of the state run media.

You’d think R.E.M. would be happy that SOMEONE was still playing their music. Just can’t please some people.
