  I was very surprised that the article had a pro-union spin…that is until I saw at the bottom that the AP contributed to the report!

  And what a huge surprise that the player’s union is supporting the refs union. 3 things to note:

  1) The replacements will get better with time and experience;
  2) The locked-out officials weren’t very good anyway;
  3) The owners will hopefully stay strong and not cave to an unnecessary union.

  I find it so funny that they chose “Forward” as their campaign slogan. They think it makes them sound so hip and cool, but anyone with a brain could figure out that when you are headed towards a cliff, forward is the worst direction to go. Let me sign up for “Backward” right now please.

  No we have not been “bombing the crap out of Yemen.” We have been surgically attempting to strike only known targets. Time for that to end.

  Anyone notice that we haven’t won a war since we began trying to fight by “winning the hearts and minds of the people”? That is not the way to fight or win a war. We need to send a HUGE message to these cockroaches that for every one American they kill, thousands of them will die. If we demonstrate for even one day that we are willing to kill thousands, our need to do so will end almost immediately.

  It is a shame that our leaders (and not JUST Obama) have forgotten the “carry a big stick” portion of diplomacy.

  Didn’t have his facts right? The only facts that matter are these: Americans serving in an official capacity were killed overseas; they were killed by muslims; our Government did not respond with force, but rather, with apologies.
