You're make issue of what words weren't used to condemn killers. I didn't hear the mayor of salt lake mention that it was a mormon that killed a catholic.

Truth is, New Hampshire hasn’t been the “Live free or die” state for a long time. Way too many Taxachusetts refugees moved there and brought their liberal Democrap mindset with them. The days of NH “rock-ribbed Republicans” dominating the state’s politics, lead by the Manchester Union-Leader are long gone. While it may not have gone completely to the loony left like neighboring VT, it’s on that trajectory.

It’s time for Lou Pelletier to round up an armed posse and go get his daughter.
That is because the democrats think that peeing on yourself is all the self-defense anyone needs. I kid you not.
Michigan .... it was so weak that was allowed that you would be better off carrying hair spray.
In ny it depends on the concentration of the pepper spray....and if its to high you may as well be carrying an unregistered handgun!!! I'm talking About how high the concentration is of the pepper spray, not how high the officials are making and breaking the same laws they make!!!!
Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. excluding certain states such as DC, HI, MA, MI, NY and WI.
Better safe than dead.
NY, MA, CT, RI, DE, ... who cares?
Liberal excrement holes.
Escaped one, even the pay, benefits and schools that are supposed to be so much better, are just a bunch of liberal lies.
If you are conservative and living in a NE blue state, you probably enjoy being a cuckold too.
Move to a red state, work hard and prosper.
When last visiting the lovely gun-less and gutless City of Manhattan, accompanied by an older son of mine, who, having spent a couple of years living in Jersey, brought along a little protection...a collapsible heavy metal rod with a weighted end attached to it. It fit nicely in his pocket. I asked him about it. He said it was his good friend "Rod", and if he should find occasion to and the need for it, he would introduce anyone looking at us cock-eyed to his good friend "Rodney" WHAM! - Head shot!
I think that if I carried mace, it would be the kind they used during those days of yore and knighthood. It did not come in a spray can, but the users and victims used to come in a can. Conversations probably went something like this:
(Sword drawn), "Good fatted Sires, I desire thou wouldst rend from thine satchels all that thou dost carry as thy gold and silver."
(Reaching down to comply) "But of course thou accursed thief. but first wouldst thou enjoin with me in meeting my dear friend and traveling companion, Lord Macy of Gimballs?" WHAM! - Head shot!
People, the one thing I take pride in as a conservative is that I am not mean, nasty, and vile "like progressives" in their name calling! I don't like being called racist because I am not, I don't like being called white and rich because I am not, I don't like being called uncompassionate because I don't approve of all the entitlement programs the progressives are offering out there. I didn't expect to see all the insults and name calling on the Blaze. Machine Gun Preacher was a good movie. Nuff said.
September 26, 2013 at 7:35pm
Some of these Blaze reporters and editors are less than careful journalists. Pretty hard to label Ron Wyden as a “GOP Senator” in your headlines if you’re paying attention to detail. Get your facts right, folks.

What’s this crap “Guns are allowed in checked luggage, but not on planes.” The only way they’re allowed on planes is in checked luggage. All you have to do is declare it to the counter agent and follow the rules of the airline and the TSA. People travel with guns in their luggage all the time. It’s legal, people.
Don’t believe this crap for a second. This is the Eric Holder/Obama Justice Department we’re talking about. According to The Daily Caller, one of the protests the CRS helped “facilitate” featured none other that race hustler Al Sharpton as its main speaker. Was this the act of a “peacemaker” trying to calm the community? Only a moron would think so.
I saw that story too and I'm not sure why there is such disparity between the two. I don't care if it is 2 pennies or a million bucks- what is the DOJ doing getting involved?

But they all cowered inside their homes like sissies yesterday, waiting for the government to help them. Not Boston’s finest moment. The Chernobyl-like pictures of empty streets send the wrong message to jihadis around the world: the US is a bunch of wimps and we can make them cower with bombs and guns.
You had five days to get there. Where was your sorry ass cowering?
Totally agree. Boston showed what it's like living under liberalism. An unarmed citizenry hiding under their beds until the government told them they could come out. Martial law in effect, tens of thousands of police and military doing house by house searches that violated the 4th Amendment. Then after the government gave the all clear, they come out and beat their chests saying how tough they are. Wow, talk about irony. They completely shut down a major city to catch a 19 yr old kid who made a pipe bomb that killed 3 people. I'm not saying what he did wasn't horrible, but to go to that extreme to catch someone that did that is crazy. What if he killed 20 people? Would they have locked down the entire New England region? I bet that would have and I bet those folks wouldn't have had any problem being told to stay in their houses. It's really quite cowardly and I'm sure other countries like China, North Korea, Iran are seeing the cowardly reaction too and thinking we are weak and ready for conquest. Let's all Americans turn in our guns like Massachusetts so we can be cowardly like them too and rely on the government to protect us and tell us when we can leave our houses. All that martial law and it didn't even catch the suspect, a citizen did.
Mcullison: nobody Cowered. When ordered to stay of the streets, you stay off the streets, otherwise you become a target by both the terrorist and the FBI. You add to the problem. What would you have done tough guy?
Correct OB. My guess is he would have stayed in his Mama's basement. Cowering under his bed.
Sorry bannedbybeck, you would have stayed in your home if this happened in your town all cozy watching the developments unfold on tv, I seriously doubt you would have stepped foot outside to show the jihadists how brave and tough you are. We could have watched you getting tackled by the FBI on live tv while chris Mathews announced to the world that we caught this right wing radical gun loving homegrown terrorist. Give me a break.
You all are ridiculous - quintessential libertarian hypocrisy.
This isnt about the terrorist. They got what they deserved - death. This is about the
absolute ignorance of some of your thoughts on Boston.
Just b/c everyone doesnt want to be EXACTLY like you - they're automatically wrong, evil, America-hating sissies.
To claim to be for freedom & liberty, you sure don't promote it. Sure you want freedom & liberty -
FOR PEOPLE EXACTLY LIKE YOU.
You're scared to death of everyone else, that's why you try to come off as a hero, boasting about what YOU would have done. Criticizing them during a crisis. U try to label yourselves as,
defenders of everything that's just - when you're simply living on your knees in fear,
afraid to stand up & walk in a society of people & cultures that aren't carbon-copies of yourself.
You cover it up, of course, by the size of your caliber.
Newsflash!: You CAN live among people who are different without so selfishly believing
that YOUR way of life is constantly being infringed upon.
There's nothing wrong with having a gun, being prepared, or defending yourself. Those are vital
American principles that are available to citizens if they choose. Some citizens choose not to
own a gun, or glorify being a vigilante. They responded appropriately, in a way that actually
aided in the capture of the terrorist by removing his chances of blending in to a crowd.
There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with what they did.
Mcullison: nobody Cowered. When ordered to stay of the streets, you stay off the streets
Only the President or Governor can order martial law, which by the way was not done. I was in this situation once when it was reported that escaped murderer was in my neighborhood. I paroled my own yard. I was unafraid.
MCULLISON surely you're not a stupid as you appear. The people of Boston were not cowering in their homes, they were being exemplary citizens by doing as the police asked, and by doing so they assisted the police in their search and subsequent apprehension of the terrorist suspect by staying out of the way.
I am a retired 30 years police veteran and I can tell you from experience that in a situation such as this the police have enough on their plate just watching out for themselves and their fellow officers without having to look out for uninvolved citizens straggling onto or away from the scene.
Anyone approaching would be considered a threat and anyone departing would have to be considered a fleeing suspect thus making the search hundreds of times more difficult and dangerous.
The likelihood that this suspect would blow himself up at the moment of actual physical apprehension in order to kill, or maim as many officers as possible was much greater than not, therefore the officers full attention was required to be directed on the suspect and not a bunch of onlookers.
The citizens of Boston were exactly where they should have been and I am, as I'm sure all of law enforcement who were conducting the search was greatly impressed by their conduct and behavior.
Booger: "There’s nothing wrong with having a gun, being prepared, or defending yourself. Those are vitalAmerican principles that are available to citizens if they choose. I agree with this portion of this comment. I commend you for your bravery patrolling your own yard, but your street justice would have been wrong in this situation. If everyone went vigilante in this situation you would have been Interfering and adding to the confusion and we would have had one more dead terrorist or more dead citizens. Don't get me wrong, dead terrorists are good terrorists, but we needed this guy alive to answer some vital questions.
Exactly dsn397! The police love it when private citizens interfere!
Thank You DSN for stating the obvious! And yes, some blazers are dumber that they appear. They don't even know what marshall law is but they are all yelling it.

I own a PTR91, among other battle rifles. It’s a heavy beast, but that HK roller locking action is stronger than anything else out there.

I think you’re right. No agencies carry revolvers anymore, so why would they buy .357 Mag? Of course it IS the government.
Also, the usual .357 Mag self defense load is 158 gr, not 125. The Hornady Critical Defense ammo I carry is only 115 gr (.357 SIG).

How about the media treat the Obama kids the same way they treated the Palin kids?

They are going to charge him as an adult, but they had three days to charge him with something, so they charged him as a juvie. Prosecutor must convince a judge to try him as an adult and that can’t be accomplished w/in three days.
Anybody who thinks a .22 isn’t a lethal assassin weapon knows nothing about guns. Lots of button men use .22s because they’re unusually deadly with a head shot. Small, slow bullet stays inside the skull and rattles around and tears up the brain. Deadly.
February 21, 2012 at 6:58pm
NH used to be the “Live Free or Die” state until half of MA moved there to avoid the confiscatory taxes. Current guv is a Democrap.
Talk to any lawyer who handles gun cases, though, and he’ll tell you never fire a warning shot. That’s Hollywood ****. You either shoot the guy or you don’t. In this case if he was outside the guy’s house he had to legal cause to shoot him. Castle Doctrines protect you in your home, car or business, not outside in most cases.
Draw down on the guy and if he comes at you, plant a couple rounds center mass.

I’d never vote for Christie. I’d never vote for a Republican who doesn’t fully believe in the 2nd Amendment and he clearly doesn’t. We don’t need New Jersey values in the White House. He’s a statist at heart.

If her campaign pays the ASCAP or BMI rights fees to use the song there’s not a damn thing Petty can do about it.

Bust a few heads and they’ll stop. You must realize unless you hit back hard the left will escalate.
Your right it probably will escalate. I think the candidates need to start carrying a small can of pepper spray (though I doubt they would). They have every right to protect themselves. If libs see they can get away with it, next time it may be something worse than glitter.......MSSMUG
Just one more thought. Your busting of a few heads, may be way more affective than a little can of pepper spray.......MSSMUG
