You’re right, there are only two big party candidates. But you don’t get to tell people how to vote. In this particular election, R = D. It doesn’t matter which one gets voted in- they are the same. Trump is a progressive. Hillary is a progressive. Trump will say whatever he thinks people want to hear. Hillary will say whatever she thinks people want to hear. Trump is a lying d-bag. Hillary is a lying d-bag. I won’t vote for either of those pieces of trash to lead our country. If you want to call it wasting my vote, have fun with that. My vote is only a waste if I vote for someone I KNOW will not do a good job leading.

You sound just like Obama with your “We win, get over it” line. And don’t worry, we are definitely getting out. There won’t be much of your party left after this election. RIP GOP

Voting for Trump IS handing the country to the progressives.

Oh yeah, we SO need a failed businessman who says he LOVES debt. Perfect solution to our country’s problems.

The truth is, we are SCREWED whether Hillary wins or whether Trump wins. Both will destroy us. And quite frankly, if we’re going to be destroyed, I’d rather it happen under a Democrat’s watch. Maybe then people will wake up- but I’m probably being too optimistic about that.
So many thumbs up! I'm moving to the Constitution party, putting up my preps. I don't think any candidate could really save us from what's coming.

Both Trump and Hillary are liberals, which one were you referring to?
 May 4, 2016 at 2:41pm
You’re not alone, Mr. Walsh. I have also left the GOP. In my state you’re either R, D, or Independent Green. I’ll have to go unenrolled until the Libertarian party is a thing.
 May 4, 2016 at 7:22am
That’s as delusional as claiming Trump is a conservative.
 May 4, 2016 at 7:20am
Never Hillary, Never Trump. They are the same. Not sure where your “facts” come from, but I’m sorry about your delusions. I hope you’ll seek appropriate help for that.
 May 4, 2016 at 7:19am
But you think Trump is a conservative? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! That shows just how either out of touch or blind (or stupid) you are. Let me clue you in on something, sunshine… #NeverTrump stands for conservative values. #NeverTrump = #NeverProgressive. But you’re right about one thing, as far as I’m concerned, at least… I’m no longer a Republican. If Trump is the nominee, the party has fallen and does not represent conservatism anymore, and I will not be a part of that party any more than I’d be a Democrat.

I am so disappointed. I cannot believe the GOP has just signed their own death warrant. Goodbye Republican Party.
Goodbye Republicans, H E L L O L I B E R T A R I A N S!
I'd rather vote for the pot farmer than Trump. At least the pot farmer seems earnest and honest.
The party is going nowhere. Have you seen the record turnout this year?? Democrats are leaving the party to vote for Republicans. Yuuuuuge movement happening.
they were over when they forced you to pick Romney
[-1] May 3, 2016 at 8:05pm
You’re as bad as Hillary declaring Republicans are the enemy.
[-3] May 3, 2016 at 8:04pm
Trump is a progressive, and will choose a progressive liberal justice. It doesn’t matter either way.
 May 3, 2016 at 8:02pm
I left the party. I am a conservative who values freedom from government, not a progressive.
May 3, 2016 at 7:56pm
Actually, if Trump wins, that’s God’s plan as well- the Bible talks about the destruction of the world, and a Trump or Hillary victory absolutely goes along that path.

You guys are the ones who are handing Hillary the election. You’ve known for MONTHS that half the party won’t vote for Trump. Choosing a guy half your party hates and the rest of the population loathes wasn’t the brightest plan.
[-5] May 3, 2016 at 7:51pm
To those of us who will not be voting for Trump- what are your plans? Stay home? Write in? Third party? Hillary?
Who is allowing men into women's bathrooms or locker rooms?

Uh, no. The value for SOME college degrees is huge (say, doctors, engineers, etc.) A liberal studies degree is worthless. Regardless, if something has value to you, then put in the hard work and earn it. “Promoting the general welfare” does not equal ponying up tax dollars so kids can party and come out with a degree in gender studies. I’d say advising these kids to save money and work hard is more of a promotion of general welfare.
