  My point was that the LGBT crowd seems to think if the laws don’t favor them,than they should be ignored,even if it denies others justice the law is supposed to provide for all.

  The argument I keep hearing from this girls (Kate) supporters is to overlook the law on her behalf because she might have been in love or gay or bisexual or whatever, while denying enforcement of the law as it is written as requested by the parents of the minor. Then some of them claim to be Christian. The same type that pick and choose which of Gods laws they wish to follow. No wonder this nation is such an immoral mess and corrupt.

  The 15 year olds parents are dealing with an adult who lured their daughter into sexual deviant behavior inside a school during school hours and prompted her to runaway from home to participate in sexual behavior. That is what the law is actually about. So adults can’t lure underage children into lewd sexual acts like pornography and prostitution.

  This story as it appears here seems to be LGBT activism. When the affidavit is taken into consideration it looks like a spurned lover wanting revenge for being lured into a sexual relationship and not a religious witch hunt being conducted by homophobic parents.

  The investigative reporting on this story is really poor. After reading the affidavit, the 15 year old doesnt appear to be as consenting as this story leads you to believe. She took part in the controlled phone call conducted by police that led to the arrest of Kate. With that fact in mind,it appears as if the 15 year old may have been coerced into a sexual relationship with the 18 year old and rejected after Kate had her way.
