  @ Spitfire1938: Sorry to tell you this but there is such a thing as responsibility with rights. I have right to own weapons but is my responsibly to use those weapons responsible. Firing warning shots is not a very responsible way to use a pistol. If you don’t plan to put holes in a target or kill something you shouldn’t be shooting. By the way another piece of what you may call “gospel” is that it is legal to brandish a weapon in Utah.
  @BEPs : Thank you being the racist in the room, I failed to see to “illegal alien” anywhere other than your response. But besides that, shooting someone who is fleeing is murder not defense. If you can live with placing a higher value on material possessions than human life then you might have a problem.

  In Utah it is unlawful to use deadly force if your life is not threatened. The burglars were outside his house running away; if they would have been in his home he could have used deadly force without any consequences. It is also unlawful to fire warning shots in Utah. If he would have listened to whoever taught his concealed carry class they go over all this. This guy gives a bad name to good gun owners.

  I swear Walmart or some other large company tried to do this about ten years ago. It was a huge flop because as beesknow said you had to pay for each individual channel that you wanted. I believe that each channel was about $2-$5, it only lasted about six months.

  How well a person applies them self in life lies completely on the person and nobody else. We have created a culture in this country where it is ok to blame everyone except you. If you want an education, in this country you have the basic fundamentals to get started ( I know that this can be debated but you should be able to learn how to read). The whole idea that someone that has one parent means they are less likely to be motivated is BS. There are plenty of stories of successful people coming from single family households.

  I only leave tips when the service is good. I have never tipped hotel staff. I have tipped drivers, bartenders, delivery drivers,waiters/waitresses, and I believe a stipper (it was ten years ago). But I have never tipped hotel staff, most of them make decent money (above min. wage). I treat them with respect and have never had any problems. I think the problem is a lot of people have come to believe that they should get a tip no matter what.

  The Third Archon, if you had ever listened to him Carolla you would know that when he talks about the rich/poor guy, he points out that the middle class are too busy working to do the things that the really poor and the very rich are doing. Like the poor who hunt, to survive; where the rich hunt exotic animals or private resorts for sport.

  I loved listening to Carolla when I use to live in Phoenix. He had been saying things similar to the “Occupy Rant” for years and it was always good to hear someone who was on a mainstream station telling people the truth when it came to people not being responsible and trying to live off other people.

  I would never want to be in a building built that fast, I’ve been around construction way too long and people already cut way too many corners with out meeting deadlines. There is a reason why there are codes and regulations, mostly because people learned from piss-poor actions.
  I’m waiting for the story about this place falling to the ground.
