This isn’t so unusual. I used to work at a restaurant and somtimes you will find insects in the produce like lettuce. Despite washing the produce out, sometimes one gets through.

When the consequence goes beyond what is reasonable and appropriate, it is wrong.

The schools are there for the benefit of the government not the public/students. This is a form of indoctrinating conforming to the will of those in power or be punished.

If he loses his job, this psycho might get the kids. Perhaps this was her intent all along.

Losers and their lack of reading comprehension. He got out of his SUV to clean up the mess like a responsible pet owner. Just another sign of the quality of education in this country.

“People who go out and buy a bunch of guns” are just paranoid and misinformed, a female protester argued.

I find it ironic these protester are guilty of the very thing they accuse gun owners and those supporting gun rights of being.

If the home could not withstand 60mph winds, especially since it was brand new, it is clear the home was extremely defective and not up to building code standards. The manufacturer should offer to return any money used to buy the home to the deceased familly and forgive any remaining debt as the structural failure was clearly their fault.

It’s actually only 5 hours difference. You have to add the numbers together removing the negative first and then subtract from 24 hours to get the time difference.

Living in the north, I prefer a late sunset instead of an earlier one. I would be so happy if we stopped turning clocks back an hour in the fall as this would solve the problem up north of early sunsets.

This department keeps showing up in the news due to it’s unlawful abuses. There was even a book published about the corruption that exists in it called “Inside the Broward County Sheriff’s Office”.

It would be a fair arguement to say that those with high IQs might lean toward a job in journalism, however being intelligent doesn’t mean you have the ability to see through the mind job being done in college to get your degree that colors your reporting throughout your career. The liberal indoctrination they receive in college blocks critical thinking when it comes to politics. Anything that contradicts their beliefs is rejected as it can potentially threaten their self esteem. What is is worse is if one admits there could be anything wrong in the liberal doctrine they have been taught, it could very well mean the end of their career, thus they tend to keep their head down despite the conflicts that the facts may present to them. This statement also seems to unfairly imply that only liberals have a high IQ. I am very much a conservative and have an IQ in the high 130s. I have never had a desire to enter journalism or write for a living.

Give up. You can’t make a far left liberal admit to the failure of their logic.

He is grandstanding. He is up for re-election and is trying to salvage his chances of being re-elected in the face of the growing backlash against Rinos. It is all a show for our amusement and brainwashing.

Had something similar happen to me at Best Buy years ago. I was buying a top of the line video card worth $500. I take the box home and discover despite the package looking properly sealed, someone had swapped it with another low end card and not even the same brand. I took it back and the staff was gracious and helpful. There was one other box on the shelf which they allowed me to exchange. I opened it there and there was a card of the right brand so I took it home plugged it in thinking I finally got what I paid for. It was not the right card again. I was a cheaper version of that card series. I took it back and this time had to deal with the inventory control manager. Naturally he didn’t treat me very well and refused to accept the possibility his stock was compromised. I don’t cheat people and I don’t expect to be cheated especially by a major store chain. I understand unscrupulous customers do the swap scam thing, but it the seller’s responsibility to make sure their inventory has not been tampered with and not blame the unsuspecting customer. I ended up running a CC dispute and got a refund so in the end I was made whole. I didn’t step into a BB for years because of the terrible experience.

If they are so Christ centered why did they conveniently forget how Jesus would have treated the situation. He would have forgave her for the indiscretion of having taking the photo in the first place and advised her to go and sin no more. Where is that spirit of forgiveness at this so called Chrisitian school?

Some people are born with perfect bodies and some are born with the mouth and anuses switched. She needs to learn the rule about if you cant’ say nothing nice, it’s best to not say anything at all. She is blind to the fact that she is rudely and unjustly attacking the over half the population who stuggle with keeping weight off and will never know bodlily perfection as defined by her and the fashion industry. No one gets to choose what they are born with. It is never wrong to love onself as you are.

I would sign, but the reducing to two timezones makes little sense. The time zones reflect how long it takes for the sun to travel across the country. Also I am for turning the clocks forward one hour from what it is now(basically the time we use currently in the summer) to keep the sun up later in the evening in the winter time. It is really depressing for those who have SAD to see daylight gone before 5pm.

No, Mr. Nye. Science is merely another competing religion. Although persons like Mr. Nye think science is based entirely on fact, the reality is they believe quite a few things based solely on unproven theory, essentially a form of faith. Evolution for example still remains an unproven theory. It takes more faith to believe we are some kind of statistically improbable biological accident than to believe that some intelligence had a hand in our existence.

Any potential buyer knows if they bought it and attempted to rehabilitate it, anythng of value installed will be stripped by thieves as soon as no one is around. Assuming you could protect it while repairing, a break in at some point will be likely and no one would feel safe living there. You have to remove the predators from the area before you could even consider the rehabilitation of Detroits crumbling subburbs.
