  This guy wants mercy? Where was his mercy for this small, defenseless little girl??

  Hang him. Crucify him. Draw & Quarter him. Shoot him in the gut insuring a long, painful death. Disembowel him. In the end, it won’t matter.

  What matters is whether or not the Ohio courts will stand up for the rights of the most innocent among us, or if they’ll stand up for the rights of the most heinous among us. There’s no middle ground here.

  This is how many in the general public are treated….but it’s somehow a story when it happens to Law Enforcement officers?? I couldn’t agree with with GhostofJefferson’s comments more. This double standard of how laws are applied (enforced) that exists between government “officials” and the rest of us is crap. If the law is to have any integrity, if they REALLY expect us to obey the law, then it MUST BE equally applied. That means if I can’t carry a firearm, neither can anyone else….that includes law enforcement. I’ve read comments from a former officer who says police carry to protect the rest of us. But I too have had extensive firearm training; I’ve been to Iraq; and no cop is going to protect my family or myself with the tenacity that I will. Believe that. It should also be pointed out that there was a Supreme Court ruling some years ago (Castle Rock v. Gonzales) that says the police DO NOT have an obligation to protect you. So I’d just say to any former officer, if you’re going to make such claims, then at least do your part to know what the law is.

  I won’t be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings or Denny’s anytime soon. For that matter, I won’t support ANY business or organization that doesn’t recognize and support my God given right to life and my natural right to protect it (and that includes Government at all levels).

  I hope those officers find another business to support where the proprietor supports everyone’s 2nd Amendment rights without question

  Apparently these “Judges” need to go back to law school and study constitutional law again.

  It’s called the ‘Full Faith & Credit Clause’.

  Simply put, any license issued by one state has to be honored in all other states. That’s why your driver’s license is good in all 50 states.

  No, this was done to intimidate the property owner…..plain and simple. I don’t know where you live, but I didn’t sign any “contract” with my electric provider. I called to set up service. They ran a credit check, determined a deposit wasn’t necessary to set up service and that was that. The place already had power, so no one even came out. It may be their meter, but it’s on MY house. If they want unfettered access to it, they are free to move it out to the street which is public domain. My property is private and they don’t have any more business on my property than they do inside my home. To do so without my consent IS trespassing. “Law Enforcement” once again is on the wrong side of this.

  I agree….you don’t just walk up to a Navy Seal and shoot him at “point blank” range……

  This just a day after 1000 Special Forces and former Special Forces soldiers declare they’ll oppose any national firearm confiscation efforts by the government……….

  I think a message is being sent, the timing of this is just too perfect.

  This nation is already broken. Half the people want to use the government to take a percentage the earnings of the other half because it’s illegal for them to steal it themselves. Compassion doesn’t come at the point of a Roman Spear. I’m working longer and harder just to maintain the same standard of living I had a few short years ago. And it’s all because government spending is debasing the dollar and because the majority of people are now on public assistance and is voting to elect candidates all too willing to steal from me.

  Enough is enough. The 2nd Amendment is the line in the sand. If we lose that, we lose everything. George Washington said it best when he said the 2nd Amendment gives teeth to all of the other amendments. It’s a damn shame Glenn knows so much about George Washington, but seems to have forgotten that.

  Accidents happen. You assume a certain amount of risk when you get close to ANY wild animal.}

  If this SeaWorld exhibit is dangerous, then this father is guilty of child endangerment.

  If his actions result in this exhibit being closed and denied to others in the future, then I hope he’s charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It’s unfortunate a child got hurt, but life is FULL of hard lessons.

  What surprises me is that people find this newsworthy….

  ANYONE whose been paying attention knows the Republican establishment is in the tank for Romney!

  What I find interesting is all of the recent Romney endorsements coming from Tea Party candidates like Nikki Haley and Christine O’Donnell. After making this endorsement of Romney, it will be interesting to see what kind of support these candidates will get from the Republican establishment in the next election after being sandbagged by them in the last one!

  You really didn’t think that only liberals and Democrats were capable of being corrupt did you??

  This is the word of God. As a minister, the word of God compels me to be very skeptical when I see stories like this. As Christians, we must ask ourselves: “Is this man serving God or is he using his ministry to seek his own fame and fortune?”
