  This is simply ridiculous, some bureaucrat decides, incorrectly, to police the lunches of schoolchildren and charges them if they erroneously find a deficiency. I wonder if they are paid by the cafeteria? lol

  Obama is going to change the law? Just by saying so? It seems to me the law was passed by the congress, so any modifications to the law need congressional approval. And if it can be changed just by a reintrepretation, what good is passing any law at all, and why do we need congress?

  This action by the Obama administration is simply a ploy, a red herring. The Contraception Mandate in Obamacare will be pulled back or partially reversed. Religious organizations will be provided a path to exemption from the requirement, likely via a waiver process. Clearly this mandate is unconstitutional. The administration will use this reversal for political gain. This Mandate and the uproar over it certainly provides a distraction from an appallingly poor economy, failed federal investments in solar energy, disasterous environmental policies, mismangaement, waste, corruption, and a DOJ scandal that should be front page news every day. And of course when the POTUS reverses the requirement, he will take credit for it, blame congress for including it in the bill, portray himself as the hero that saved the religious community from the mandate. He may also use it to enhance the governmental version of health insurance and push toward a single payer solution. It’s politics, Chicago style. Come up with an outrageous requirement, scare the populace with it, then pull back just a bit, and let the sense of relief and partial victory hid the fact that the mandate is still in effect, with just a few hoops to pass through for exemption, for the time being, until those exemptions can be eliminated. Watch and wait. The voluntary pullback will thwart the constitutional challenges leaving the basic requirement in place to rise again in the future.

  I sure hope he gets a prominent spot in the next Republican Adminsitration.
