Miranda is a fairly recent requirement from the 60s. Can you think of any Muslim terrorist who has been executed? This will allow an excuse for the recent one to receive free room and board at tax payer expense for life.

Let’s not support ignorance like this by allowing the thought that the 2nd Amendment GIVES us the right. The right is inheirant with us. The 2nd Amendment just states it for the Federal Government to clearly know and understand. Rights are there for all time and can’t be taken away. They can only be honored or abused. If the government can give rights it can also take them away. This erroneous idea is one of the tenets of Progressivism.

Why yes. Why would anyone really care about the Constitution being forsaken by both parties? Unfortunately, the birth certificate was a red herring for the real issue that was never sufficiently addressed when it could have mattered. The GOP and responsible Democrats (there are some aren’t there?) did not question O’s credentials relative to the Constitutional requirement spelled out specifically for the President. The GOP missed it’s chance to remove the fraud when it could have done so. Now with two elections under his belt he is invulnerable.

Wondered when we would see Ron Paul blamed for the debacle. Dems blame Bush and Reps blame Paul. No one seems able to take responsibility for their own actions.
