    I think the fact that she doesn’t have a license is the real story here.

    @HAPPYCONSERVATIVE,

    You do realize your comment was bigoted?

    big·ot·ed /ˈbigətid/
    Adjective
    1. Obstinately convinced of the superiority or correctness of one’s own opinions and prejudiced against those who hold different opinions.
    2. Expressing or characterized by prejudice and intolerance.

    First off, I am not Anderson Cooper, nor am I Keanu Reeves.

    I started watching Anderson Cooper on Channel One. I think for a long time he was lost in what really was going on in our daily lives as he was instead searching for the news in the world. As you age, you experience more in your life. This experience will either firmly plant you in what you believe or force you to challenge the understanding of those beliefs if you are open to change..

    I feel AC is being forced to challenge his understanding of the social picture in our country, because that has been the main line on news stories over the past 4 years. He is doing what any good reporter/journalist would do. He is approaching the story without bias. He has risen to the point that people trust and respect him, making his voice/actions have reaching power into society, without the fear of receiving repercussions.

    WOLFINSHDO, while many people want to be quick to say the other side is bigoted, the truth is, both sides are. Being bigoted is not a left/right trait, it is a human trait. I do think AC probably kept himself in a bubble for many years, but now is challenging what he once thought. I suspect the best of AC’s career is ahead of him.

    Yes.

    She was brought in to beat Joe Walsh, so the Democrats had to pick a very moderate Democrat to run against him. She is what a real Democrat should be in my opinion…that being one that I can agree with on fixing America while disagreeing with how to go about doing it.

    I think the best part of the video is the end. Congressman Issa, let her run over her time and he didn’t care what party she was from, because she was saying something that needed to be said.

    That video shows how stupid people can be at NASA. It isn’t what it use to be.

    Seriously, the moon does not always rise in opposition to the sun, sometimes it rises in the day time, and sometimes it happens right before the sun rises.

    Maybe she was hired after they started the Muslim outreach.

    Did Jesus say to judge people and then treat them differently?

    Respect people, because people are not your enemy. Mankind is a creation of God. It is evil behind the scenes that is your enemy. The evil in this world is not a physical thing, much the same as an idea in your head.

    Do not let hate rule your heart.

    Sorry this should have been posted for everyone, not just a reply:

    President Clinton is a former President of the United States. One that I may not always agreed with, but one that I respected, the same as all of them.

    You can disagree with their policy, but the moment you disrespect the Office or the individual is the moment you are no longer worth receiving respect yourself. Policy is different than the Person. Attack the policy, not the person.

    At least President Clinton heard the voice of the American people and changed direction. What can you say about the current administration’s policies?

    I’d go back to the times under President Bill Clinton if it meant having a retry at these last two presidents.

    Remember, if you say it enough it becomes true.

    Well, add it with cheating at the polls, and when they win Texas, they’ll just point back to when people use to say it was going to switch as proof that it isn’t cheating and they knew it was going to happen.

    The president uses this all the time. He goes on the record on both sides of an issue at different times and when needed, he touts the one that is most beneficial, and by “he,” I mean he has the media defend him.

    I am not saying that grammar on citation is perfect, or that my grammar is always correct, but if you dissect the offense as written you would find it reads as follows:

    ACTION: “Failure” WHO: “driver” DESCRIPTION of WHO: “driving below speed limit 63 in a 65″ DESCRIPTION of ACTION: “to keep right” <- this is the violation, "Failure to keep right," which easily is covered under different violations, or specifically by law as in PA.

    As for people who argue no one should be driving faster, maybe the officer's radar was 7 MPH off and she was doing 55 in a 65. Additionally, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE to drive faster and pay any penalty that is applied via the law enforcement officers as directed by the laws written and approved by a legislature that have become law.

    I would say I dislike her more than most, but I was able to identify her on my first guess. Maybe it is something about the eyes. I always wondered what she would look like dressed up, because she looks beaten down by political arguing all the time.

    Personally, I don’t care if she was air brushed. She looks very elegant in the picture, and if she looked that way more often, I think some might overlook the ridiculousness that often streams from her mouth.

    While I do not look to blame the Progressive Left on this, blaming them for this is not as far fetched as blaming Sarah Palin or Rush Limbaugh to the Arizona shootings.

    At least the Progressive Left were causing this man stress, in that they were causing a PR nightmare for the man.

    God bless and comfort his family.

    No, not a Bronze Star, please keep that for military action, and besides his actions go beyond the definition of all military awards.

    However, these actions would clearly be covered by the Presidential Medal of Freedom or Congressional Gold Medal. Both of those are more towards what this man did, and they are more towards what this man deserves, other than his life back.

    FACT: George Washington’s Mother and Father were not US citizens when he was born, so he set the precedent. Maybe President Obama is making an attempt at being George Washington.

    …Think about it.

    So, the 4th of July holiday won’t taste of freedom this year in California?

  • June 6, 2012 at 11:19pm

    Wawzynski, is continuing the problem, not trying to be a part of the solution.

    Bad things do happen, just don’t spin up drama like this guy. Yea, things always could have been worse…but the facts are they were not.

    Make decisions by judging what is right in your heart, not by what emotion is telling you to do.

    @HIDDEN_LION

    Let me disect;

    “How many US pilots have done any air-to air? How many against a skilled opponent?”
    All the ones who fly the combat fighter aircraft, it is required in training. Additionally, do you think they just fly flight paths waiting for war? No, they have many exercises in which they take part in air to air combat with many different nations and aircraft.

    “Vietnam was the last time there really was any significant mixing in air to air combat.”
    See the above answer, and for those who say it isn’t the same…Pilots have the biggest egos, winning anything, even a training mission is bragging rights. (As for significant, I guess you could throw out the Gulf War.)

    “Also consider how many of our aircraft are flying on bootleg, chinese made parts.”
    Very few, one of the only things the military runs well is the aircraft design and maintenance program. While you’ll find flaws and an instance here or there that will support your statement, there are hundreds more that support mine.

    I laugh at the thought of America not keeping her secrets. We keep the secrets we want to keep.

    As for countries building aircraft we already have…

    …I am starting to make Iphone 4′s you interested? They’ll be ready in the fall, just about the time the real inventers start pushing out the Iphone 5.

    Fact remains, those that are copying/stealing are behind the curve. We have the F-22 now, and the J-20 will be ready in about 5 years. How many of you think we are not already in design of the next generation of Stealth Aircraft/Spacecraft?

    Seriously, let China waste their money on the J-20, it will continue to be inferior to the F-22, and the (S)F-X will blow both out of the air. I think we leak the plans to purposely cause China to have to spend its money to try and keep up with us.

    Catch 22?

    Doubt it, sue Buffalo Grove for millions. Pretense, incompetence of public official cause personal pain and suffering over the past 17 years. I bet you they find away to fix it.
