A fence is needed, yes. But there is another possible solution. We have a system wherein you can deploy up to 150 hi-def day/night cameras that have a range of 20 miles. All images from the 150 go to one central control and command center. You could put one camera every 18 miles so that there is no lack of coverage and you could see 20 miles into Mexico for a stretch of 2700 miles of our border. The cameras can be set to alert if they see anything moving. They see some illegals approaching the border 20 miles away the alert goes off and that gives us enough time for our men to get there to capture after the illegals cross into this country.
