No victory here for Gun rights … only more erosion of the 2nd amendment – and now we are supposed to feel good about that Feinstein did not get all she wanted – if she gets anything it is a loss for gun owner rights.

Each small “common sense control” of our rights cements the ability of the government to control our rights – then to finally suspend them in total.

They libs are waiting for the generation in school now being brain washed that guns are evil to be of voting age. Then they will have no fear in destroying our 2nd amendment rights.

Anyone here in the US with a IRA or 401K is toast.

Obama will tender a call on the tax deferred plans and simply end 401Ks and IRA then demand you pay the tax on the whole amount.

After all only the rich have these accounts poor people cannot afford them will be the appeal.

Obama will say it is a “Loophole for the rich” we can not longer afford.

This is a demonstration of the preconditioning (“propaganda”) our children are facing.

Get the children all preprogrammed to fear firearms and understand that you will ostracized if you do not comply.

Even my 20 something children’s friends have irrational fears of firearms instilled from their school based indoctrination that all firearms are evil and cannot be tolerated or justified.

Same thing is happening on the economic front – children are being taught that only greedy people want to have more than others and we should all have the same outcome.

Of course our political overlords are exempt from all of this – just like the old Soviet Polit Bureau was.

I started working sweeping floors at age 10. Worked upto 90 hours a week to start a business. Traveled 4-5 days a week away from my family to build a business. Had no race based set aside to give me any advantages.

Chet – It does matter if you as the owner would take the gun into another state for use (or as in your example a “Automobile”) It point is the sale and manufactor is within one state.

Your point is off the mark
