It’s disturbing that you want to take their comments at face value…..now…. Why not take them at face value before striking a deal….
Somebody give this guy a participation trophy and get him a peanut butter sandwich to shut him up….

that statement by krouthummer is just as radial, insensitive, and true as the things Trump has said…..for which krouthummer criticized him for… Youre riding the fence Charlie….. you cant b e both left and right at the same time….
You may want to tell that to 99.9 percent of the people who vote. Left/ Right division of society is just part of the long-con. Government loves when we get into groups so never have to think for ourselves. Makes their jobs secure and their families futures are set when we worship these low life politicians like gods. Maybe they have just a little to do with stealing from the poor? and growing the poor? Large amount of poor people means large amount of free money they can ask for. Must be nice to be an average man but raised as a god. Politicians have ruined earth, period, all their fault.

Your statement is very misleading variant…. The whole new creature thing that that happened to you at salvation did away with the sinful nature you were born with….. You can’t have two natures….Holy Ghost ain’t sharing space with Satan

quicksdraw…. i love the part where you say it’s like playing handball against a curtain….
unfortunately… i have seen to male dogs try to go at it…. it does happen, but the results are not pretty… when the gays use this in their argument, they are equating themselves to animals….and they are ok with that….. go figure…. the ball is in the curtain again….

The easiest thing to do in the world is to forget that starbucks exists
You lost me… I also believe the Mormons get it wrong, but those two statements say the same thing….what amI missing?
The answer to why that church would have him speak there is two fold. 1. Glen is popular. 2. Mega-church has a bigger need to remain popular than to remain true. Even Jesus didn’t have a mega-church…. and his message was far from popular.
the point is that we can do nothing apart from God. not, we do what we can and then we will be saved by grace through faith. mormonism is a polytheistic religion so why any christian church would have someone from a mormon church is beyond me. people should flee that church, if they are wrong about this, what else have they taught that is wrong.
@sligresda - Your understanding of the LDS faith is woefully lacking.
I challenge you to find a single teaching of the LDS faith that is in opposition to the Bible. And no, I am not looking for your personal interpretations of what the Bible says, I am looking for the actual meaning of what is written. Of course, with all the many different interpretations out there, who could possibly determine what was actually meant?
The Bible has been open to interpretation for going on two thousand years. Greater minds than ours have poured over its passages throughout the ages, and still confusion reigns. It seems as if divine revelation is needed as much today as it was in ancient times.
I wish you luck, and I await your findings...
The LDS idea of grace as an example you are climbing a cliff Jesus will throw you a rope and say see ya latter.
The Biblical Jesus's grace is he carries you up that cliff. There is nothing to buy, nothing that you can do on your own just believe that Jesus is Yahweh who payed your sins on the cross , died and rose again on the third day , He takes your sin and places it on himself
@half-truth no Sligresda has it correct . the Latter Day Saints believe there are many gods even if you have nothing to do with those other gods that is still a polytheistic belief .
The definition of Mormon grace and Christian grace are two different things
You are free to disagree. But to say that Mormon beliefs are not based in the bible is wrong.
James Chapter 2: verses 14-26.
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
@jendeucher - Rolls eyes! Again you put your complete lack of understanding of the LDS faith on display for all to see... well done!
@georgeharrisong - I think I remember refuting your words earlier, and dismissing you outright. But in case I didn't:
and I am still awaiting sligresda's findings...
If it said 'in spite of all we can do' it may have been more clear. What is being said is this; that no matter all the things you do, those will not, and can not save you. No man goes to Heaven based on his works, else he may boast of himself. Your works are merely a measure of your obedience, love, devotion, etc.; an outward manifestation of your love of God and Christ. Yet, with all those works, you still are not able to 'earn' your way into Heaven; only through God's grace by faith in Christ are we brought back into Heaven.
That is what it means. If you want convincing of that, ask the Holy Ghost (James 1:5) and He will provide it based on your faith at the time of asking.
