He can file a motion to have the judge removed from the bench for doing so.
Just need enough signatures to do so.
What "rox" said (slander/libel/defamation)
If you are correct, then Arizona is very different from most states.
Usually, a motion can be filed to take a judge off of a particular case (motion might demonstrate conflict of interest, for example).
To remove a judge from the bench requires something like impeachment, a recall election, or a "non-retention" vote.

” officials there didn’t comment about who passed out the word puzzle, saying it was a personnel matter.” Saying it was a personnel matter, since when is what a PUBLIC employee do at work a Personal Matter?
Or if it’s my child, should I respond, “Your darn right it’s personal! Seeing as how it’s my child, It’s REAL personal to me and I want answers NOW!”
I’m real tired of being forced to PAY for crap like these so called educators.
Whoa, personnally, my family has never had any dealings with police. So how would someone “know” they should go to the police station unless the officers asked them to do so? I would never think that way. Yes, I would ask my dd if she knew what they wanted, but as for the rest, that’s excessive for a nine year old and they presume SHE’s guilty over the complainant, complainer, or whatever the word used for the first person who filed against girl. “If she’s done something wrong” Well who proved she did? The officers arrested her base on her posture and not answering. Yet to me, it sounded like a shy, scared child. See, there’s just two ways to observe it, I’m sure there’s many more ways. And since NO CHARGES were filed, why did they arrest her?
Scott, I was trying for two days, to find the figures that shows the increase of illegals crossing our southern border. Do you know where I could find it?

Even the Premise for the FDA is False.
It was proven over 30 years ago with a study on cutting boards that WOOD actually kills harmful bacteria. Man-made products FAILED.
Isn’t our GOD awesome.

And while your working on local representative, while I would never allow them to interview my child, I would harass the hospital with request to see the security clearance and background check on the person(s) they would intend to interview the child, and the background history on the company that provided the clearance, and how long the person(s) has worked with children, etc. Let’s see, on WHAT ELSE can I question them?
I mean, I’m a well meaning, well educated parent (see my halo) and haven’t these well intentioned progressives heard of child molesters, perverts, hospital staff kidnapping children, etc, etc., etc.
And I STILL wouldn’t let them.
GRRR…TIRED OF THIS.

Shame those “so-called-reporters”, Jay Levine and the other missed the REAL story, he should have interviewed the protestor!

I missed his trial, what law he violated, and what jury pronounced him guilty.
Oh, that’s right, we now live in the USSA. (united soviet states of america)
Uh, anyone note he worked on the Manhattan Project? I bet that had a lot to do with it. Revenge, is best served on frail old men, for sins of their youth.

After going to the link for the original story it looks to me like it’s telling me they shot him for WALKING along the road and trying to hail cyclist? What “legal reason” for stopping him to begin with?
The police initiated this incident by stopping him and what followed. Is hailing a cyclist actually “erratic” behavior? Why, what was he doing, waving hello to them, asking for help, needed some water, WHAT?, more info left out.
The article mentions him “disobeying their orders”. Do people realize how HOT that pavement is? Was the order to drop to the hot pavement?
Again, I ask “What legal reason for stopping a U.S. citizen in the first place? I read nothing that gives reason to violate his constitutional rights.
I ask for more journalist research to find out.

Now that’s interesting, I thought I saw and heard the small woman at first trying to help and then she got out of the way of the men. But when the hyper woman in pink came back on the bus for her “stuff” (and note she had TWO crutches with her before the attack and she RAN off without using them–adrenaline does weird things) I then noted the first small woman climb over the seats to coach the pink woman off the bus but pinky wouldn’t leave without her “stuff”. Small woman even put her arm around pink woman after she got her “stuff” for her to further coach her off. Kinda makes you wonder what “stuff” is in the bag, hmm.

Our family doesn’t care to hear versions of “Little Drummer Boy”. This is AWESOME. I actually enjoyed listening to it.
