  It looks like a slented AP story with some counter-comments mixed in.

  Problem with trying to run a news site is that it is almost impossible not to parrot the MSM.

  I note that both in the article and in some of the comments sexual activity is referred to as “dating”.

  This is the start of the problem right there.

  The Witnesses had a blue triangle as a camp designation. Criminals had red. politicals had green (IIRC) and undesirables (Largely Jews) had black. And oh yes, homosexuals had pink. (Source: Min Hametzar)

  None of this is related to the yellow or black markings which was worn by those yet “free”. This only applied to Jews, and was a continuation of a midaeval Christian practice (started by Moslems, actually) of marking Jews with a special (sometimes yellow) badge or other sort of clothing, so they would not be mistaken for human beings. BTW, Martin Luther was the first German, to my knowledge to push for a policy of confining Jews to camps (he called them stables).

  You notice the cartoon also plays “blame the victim”. When attacking Muslims we also attacks their victims.

  Let us make this clear. A press is a machine, not a person. Being a journalist – or a lawyer – does not give you ANY more rights than anyone else, and it’s time law enforcement recognized it. (“that all men are created equal”, remember?)

  A reporter is not “press”. A press is a printing machine, and freedom of the press simply gives you the right to publish what you want. In fact, newspapers and magazines, being private, for-profit corporations (rememeber “Corporations aren’t people”?) should have LESS rights that you or I.

  When 60 minutes and clones were engaging in distortions and dishonsety, it didn’t bother anyone. Of course ,we all know that “freedom of speech” is only for those with the right opinions.
