  Just so you know, polio is rampant in this forsaken place is because we ship the oral polio vaccine to foreign countries. We don’t do the oral vaccine anymore. We did for a while but it’s a live virus and it was giving people polio, including those whose vaccine life had run out like grandparents. The oral polio vaccine has given thousands of African children polio, killing some and paralyzing others.
