The sad thing here is that hard-core progressives would be ok with the delivery guy being cut up (or even killed) if it meant that the general population was gun-free. Piers Morgan was even saying he’d rather NOT have women allowed to carry a handgun, even though there would be more rape, etc.
How can liberals even claim to have hearts?! (or brains?!)

Detroit seems to be a great example of liberalism almost reaching it’s completion. (I say “almost” because, ideally, the liberal elite would keep anybody from moving away from the city.)

It all reminds me of this quote from Ayn Rand:
“You have destroyed all that which you held to be evil and achieved all that which you held to be good. Why, then, do you shrink in horror from the sight of the world around you? That world is not the product of your sins; it is the product and the image of your virtues. It is your moral ideal brought into reality in its full and final perfection.”

I’m curious if there’s anyone here who could explain how the homeowner is wrong and the kids/parents are in the right. Anyone care to defend these irresponsible fools?

Just watch all the recent footage of union thugary to see the overt violence of the left. Even the term “Chicago-style” politics (which is what our president is steeped in) subtly implies a sort of underworld or mafia connection.

I don’t seem to remember Obama taking any vacations At All in the last 4yrs.
    Nope.

Has anyone besides myself noticed how “Black Friday” is slowly eating away at Thanksgiving? It reminds me of how Santa and the Easter bunny have slowly become the focus of our other major holidays.

This article even mentions how more stores are starting earlier on Thursday.(!) In ten years will we be reminiscing about how Thanksgiving used to be celebrated by gathering to share a meal, rather than rushing to nab a deal?

I voted for Obama because I was promised free socks.

Hmmm… I never really cared for epics. :(

What a dump! It looks like he found this shack on clearance at Ikea, and then proceeded to assemble it without the instructions.

This is a great vid to send to all your liberal/progressive friends because it’s common sense coming from someone who isn’t a known hyper-conservative.

    Amazingly intelligent synopses there, Kanga.

Hard to believe, but a person’s spiritual beliefs will directly effect every aspect of their lives. Even in politics, the theology (or more likely “theology”, if you know what I mean Rev Wright) will determine policy.

What an intelligent synopses there, Kanga.

Maybe if we could see more things in life on a spiritual level, we wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss the serious ramifications our beliefs can have on the physical level. In fact, one might say that almost everything we believe spiritually (or don’t believe) will directly effect what we do in life. Even politically! (Just look at Obama’s “theology”!)

I’m with Santorum, too. (Miracles can happen!)
Have you ever noticed how quickly Newt supporters will criticize Rick on his prolife and moral stances?
What does that say about their own personal morality?
I think that our own “conservatives” have begun to accept culture’s “New Morality” to such a degree that they feel more comfortable voting for a guy who’s known for his womanizing and “progressive outlook” than for a candidate who stands for Judeo-Christian values. How can the party of what was once the “moral majority” be taken seriously when matters of conscience have started to become compromised?

I can see your point, “Possom”, but you’re sounding more like an Occupier when you talk like that.

You guys seriously don’t know the origins of the Islamic god Allah? The history books tell us that Mohammad, who was familiar with the Hindu religion/gods, was spoken to by Allah, and told to choose him out of the multiplicity of Hindu gods. Allah was originally a moon god; thus the cresent shape you see on Islamic flags. If you don’t believe me, google it! (Islamists try to cover up the facts, but it’s not hard to find solid facts.)
