  Crime will not reduce with gun laws…however, here are a couple of ideas: 1. For premeditated murder its the death penalty with no option of life in prision – Period!! 2. No plea bargaining for premeditated murder – it’s death. It’s not to kill the perp, it’s to send a message to society that WE WILL NOT TOLERATE MURDER!!!! Or we can continue to be weak…..
