Fox News Reporter Faces Judge Over Refusal to Reveal Sources — Will the First Amendment Win Out?
April 1, 2013 at 8:49pm
They caught him red handed, how will making her reveal her sources and killing her 1st amendment rights and making a mockery of the Constitution make his trial unfair? The same thing goes for the Fort Hood shooter, they shot him at the scene. Who else could have done the crime when they catch them in the act?!
‘God Is in the Songs’: Meet the Mormon Musician Who’s Mixing Gospel, Blues and Country to Redefine Traditional Hymns
March 4, 2013 at 11:45pm
i read down through a bunch of comments wondering if i should dare to comment. Many people i see are angry at us Mormons. But why? Why are you so angry? I am deeply sorry if one of the members of the church has offended you by some means. But as all church’s would like to say, don’t judge the doctrine by the members who sin. We all sin.
The Savior Jesus Christ spoke to people in parables. Do you know why he spoke in parables? This was a great mercy for us. The meaning to these parables can only be discerned by the power of the Holy Ghost. Those who do not have that power will not understand them. therefore are not condemned. Those who understand have a greater responsibility to live by them.
The negative thing also is that those who do not want to understand think the parables are all foolish talk. This is what happens when people do not understand the sacred things of God. when they do not understand them, they scoff and belittle. God does not cast his pearls before swine to be trodden under foot.
Those of honest hearts will seek the truth when God prompts them and puts the path in front of them.
He will cast his seed on the ground, some seed will land in stony ground and is scorched, some along the wayside and does not take root, some will lay amongst the weeds and is choked, and some among fertile ground.
Which kind of ground is in your heart?
The songs that are sung by this man have parables in them. Can you understand?
‘Has God Ever Spoken to You Directly?’: Here’s How Blaze Readers Responded
January 29, 2013 at 9:55pm
It is strange to me to hear so many people say that God speaks to them personally, but that new revelation is not given. That is contradictory.
Prayer = man speaking to God,
Revelation = God speaking to man.
In the ancient times such as with Moses, or Abraham God spoke to them. They in turn taught all who were around that would listen. In those days, not many people believed what they would say. For Example, Noah. He was mocked and scorned by all. There were only seven souls who lived. If we believe that God is no respector of persons, then why did he pick those men? He picked those men because they would listen, not because they are better than any one else.
Today God is the same, He has chosen men today to speak to, why? because they listen to him. They in turn teach all who are willing to listen. Let all who have ears to hear, God has chosen 12 Apostles. He has restored his gospel, along with all the truths that have been lost for hundreds of years. Many have found this to be true. I am one who knows it is true, not by any man do i know it is true, but by the whisperings of the Holy Spirit.
Unfortunately many will read what i have said and will consider it foolishness. I am sorry for you if you are one, please go to Mormon.org and read for yourselves.

Obama’s Progressive Manifesto Leaves No Question About His Intentions
January 22, 2013 at 9:55pm
Because so many are choosing to follow Obama, there will be suffering by all. We all share a part in this tale, we have all left the safety of truth to one degree or another. From giving our kids a trophy for participation to attending our children’s job interviews. We are a helicopter parent nation and now we are going to be governed by a helicopter government. Except this government is armed with missiles.
Each person needs to take a long look inward and ask God to help them see what we each need to change. We have so many who don’t even believe in God any more. Maybe we don’t treat our neighbors kind enough to show them that God loves them. Maybe we have become such a “me” generation that we don’t even notice when someone does something kind for us.
We have become obsessed with what do we have and what do we get and not what we give. That’s why so our treasured holidays are now being threatened. We have become a nation of accusers. If i remember my scriptures correctly, Lucifer other wise know as Satan was the first and great accuser. He accused God of not being fair, and that God’s plan to bring salvation to God’s children would not work. Lucifer wanted to force all of God’s children to follow him. That he would save all men by force. God chose Jesus to be the Savior because he volunteered.
If we are to restore ourselves to a kind and benevolent country we first have to start with in ourselves, then our families, then communities and so forth.

White House Responds to All of Those Secession Petitions: There’s No Right to Secede
January 12, 2013 at 8:32pm
Being controversial is not a good thing, it is only divisive. We have moved so far away from what is right that we don’t even recognize “right” when we see it. The principles this country was founded upon are not lived by the majority of the citizens. How can we expect us to come together when we are fundamentally divided on what is right and what is wrong. Until we seek God with our hearts and repent we will continue to be separated by a wide chasm between him and us. In the end if we are not with him, he will cast us out. Then what will we think of our country when we have none.
‘Unconstitutional Laws Aren’t Laws’: Marine Who Penned Blistering Letter to Sen. Feinstein Over Gun Control Speaks Out
January 5, 2013 at 5:40pm
Hunting and Sporting is not the reason given for the protection of the right to bear arms. I would say it is the last reason, I have the right to bear arms, including the so called “assault” weapons. The second amendment has nothing to say as to which kind of arms. It just says it shall not be infringed, period! There is no way we can legislate enough laws to make people be a moral God fearing people. That is an individual choice. Those of us who choose to be good citizens have the right to protect ourselves against those who do not choose to be good. And the right to choose to protect ourselves from a tyrannical government.

‘Wilkow!’: Life After Going Over the Fiscal Cliff
December 7, 2012 at 1:40am
The fiscal cliff is coming. Prepare prepare prepare. The plan is moving forward. These days have been talked about for thousands of years. In fact Moses talked about the last days. Why should we be afraid of them. If we are prepared, we should not be afraid. God our Father loves his children. He wants to build up and not destroy. The wicked will destroy themselves. All that is required of us is to come to his Son and repent of our sins. Love God and Love our neighbor. Simple.
You can rail against this truth, but in the end. It is still the truth. You will either be on God’s right hand or you will be no where.
