Don’t forget that Bill Oreilly stated after Katrina that the local police had the right to cancel your second amendment rights because of bad weather. The man is a Moron.

In Utah where I live the constitution is respected and law abiding citizens are allowed to carry concealed weapons into concerts, nightclubs, sporting events. Now if you are consuming alcohol the rules change. It is illegal to be in possession of a firearm while intoxicated. Even the the drunks here understand they can be shot for assaulting someone. It makes for a more polite society. You are responsible for your behavior here and cannot absolve your self of responsibility by being drunk or wasted on drugs.

The point to take away from this is that it took place in a “GUN FREE ZONE”. So all the innocent people there were disarmed and unable to do anything to defend themselves. The police waited three hours to go in so the rate of fire could have been 17 shots per hour. He could have used a club instead of an AR 15. If one person there would have had a pistol he could have been stopped.
