  Where’s the Sheriff? I understand “powers” vary widely from county to county, but it’s time for the Sheriff’s Department to test their metal. Get a warrant and serve process on the agency that kidnapped the baby; CPA in this case. Arrest the kidnaper.

I also believe life would be mostly meaningless if there weren’t trials and tribulations. Do I have all the answers? of course not. Just sayin’.
