  It’s a new Poll Tax…. What is the difference between all of these regulations and obstructions to the 2nd amendment and a Poll Tax. Is it not exactly that, a poll tax that a law abiding citizen must pay in order to receive the freedom granted him under the U.S. Constitution? God help us if people don’t start waking up.
