  When Zimmerman is aquitted, its going to hit the fan. Florida will burn, it will make the Rodney King thing will be a walk in the park. People need to be prepared. They are just getting more and more keyed up calling for the violence. Of course, it will be after they get done with the looting. Nothing says justice like a stolen color TV.

  Absolutely horrible to hear. My wife works at a school and this is always in the back of my mind. Sad when here in Detroit she’s safer than in Ohio. However, the parents need to be held accountable for this. Straight up arrested.

  Shadow, do you have children?? I thought not, not teenagers, anyway. When you “do have” teenagers, I don’t think you’ll want all parents to be responsible for the misadventures of their teenagers. I have a better solution. Since there’s no doubt about the guilt of the shooter, try him, convict him, execute him, surgically, and donate his vital organs, and body parts. In that way he can partially redeem himself for the one life he’s taken. We can save at least a half dozen other lives, with his body parts.

  I’m glad that I grew where, and when I did. I taught my daughter to fire a handgun, at age seven.
  I don’t ever remember living in a house without a gun, or guns. My friends and family hunted. I only went out once. The rabbit got away. I didn’t know, at that time that I had to **** my shotgun before it would fire. I was relieved that the rabbit got away.
  When I grew up in the 40′s, 50′s, in NC, there were guns in the corner of the bedroom, or kitchen. There was always a rifle, on a rack, above the exit door. I don’t know of anyone that I grew up with being accidentally shot and killed. My friend Vance did blow his big toe off, riding back from a hunting trip with the loaded shotgun resting on his foot.

  I’ll likely view the Iron Lady movie within the coming year.
  For the most part, I avoid everything Hollywood. It seems as if we’re in the minority, however. 60 to 70 percent of Americans or on the opposing side. I think it’s time that this Republic fails.
