if looks like he was tring to effect an arest and she attaced the officer….how many ways to handle the situation? push, punch, pepper spray call for back up,run that is alot to think of in a short time period. the punch seemed to contol the situation.I don’t think you can train to handle every situation perfectly.

Thanx. I’m not sure H.R. 218 covers all.
I still think local jurisdictions still have final say. ie I do not think NJ would allow hollow point ammo or high cap mag. I would not want to be test case.

We do not know if the taecher wrote this or not. Even so did th administration seach him or his vehicle. i think they would have cause?
