‘House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said Thursday he doesn’t “intend” to push an immigration bill that violates Republican “principles.”’ It all hinges on what Boehner thinks are Republican principles, doesn’t it? And so far, his actions seem to indicate he has no clue what Republican principles really are.

I have to wonder if the authors dealt with the following:

Abraham, Jacob, and David had buckets of domestic problems because of their multiple wives.
Solomon’s multiple wives turned him from worshiping only God to worshiping idols, which split and later pretty much destroyed his kingdom.

That rapists being forced to marry their victims kept the victim from being ostracized by the community.

That levirate marriage was designed to keep the allotments of land within their assigned tribe.

Wow…and here I thought that a state as big as Oregon would have more than one place that makes wedding cakes; perhaps they could have gone elsewhere?

Of course not, since it sure seems as though those folks deliberately targeted that bakery because of the beliefs of the owners.
