  Open carry only applies to handguns. It is almost impossible to conceal a rifle, especially an AR. These police officers need to be charged with feloney false arrest and never allowed to be on any police force or security position anywhere in the US. He did not resist arrest, he did not disobey ythe officer as the officer never told him to do anything. The cop was and is an idiot who thinks he is God. Another gung hoe idiot that should never been allowed to wear a badge.

  sendthe meteors; What part of shall not be infringed dont you understand. The majority if not all gun laws are a violation of the second ammendment. And will be overturned. Any politition who voted for them has commited treason. Just for your 1 brain cell, guns dont kill people, people kill people. The cities with the strictest gun laws have the highest crime rates. The cities with no gun laws that abide by the second ammendment have the lowest murder and crime rates. WAKE UP IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Yes an AR15 shoots a 223 at over 2000 feet per second. My hunting rifle in 300 win mag shooting a saboted bullet shoots at 5200 feet per second. Most hunting rifles are much more powerful then a 223. I a lot of states you cant use a 223 to hunt deer with. It is not the gun that kills it is the person pulling the trigger. If one of the teachers had been armed this wouldnt have gone as it did. The second amendment states these rights shall not be infringed. Period end of story. All gun control laws are a violation of the second ammendment to our constitution. The Supreme court has ruled twice that an unconstitutional law is null and void and can not be enforced Period end of story. You remove the guns you remove the freedom of chouce and you become a slave or a murder statistic. Every country that removed the guns either anialated there people or the crime rates soared. There are no ifs, ands, or buts in the second amendment and that is why our founding fathers put it that way.

  The blacks dont know there own history or the history of the damocrat party. The Republicans passed all of the civil rights laws and all but 1 damocrat voted against them. Martin Luther King and most of his family were and are Republicans. They knew who stood with them and who would help them and it darn sure wasnt the damocrats. John and Bobby Kennedy were the only damocrats that tried to help the blacks and we all know what happened to them!!! Senater byrd who died a year ago was praised by the damocrats but they forgot to mention that he was a higher up recruiter for the KKK.   Sorry but I was there campaigning for Reagan. The polls had him down 17 points. It was a landslide in Reagans favor. You can not believe the far left media or polls, they are outright liars.
