You’ve got to be an idiot to believe this crap. A bright orange, clearly marked USB device leads some sh-t for brains pilot to make an emergency landing because it might be a bomb? That idiot should never be in charge of an aircraft with passengers ever again.
And then,…to have every passenger questioned by the FBI? More idiocy. The FBI can’t find a zit on a greasy teenagers face if they had all day to question teens at an acne doctors waiting room. Why do you think they maintain a web page dedicated to the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted.
It’s a crime that so many people’s time has been stolen from them and they will never get it back. The sorry excuse for a pilot, the airline, and the FBI should all have to pay the public for wasting their time, as well as trying to train them to give in to fear and allow themselves to be abused by stupid officials.

Let the dollar fail. If the group of banks called The Fed can’t handle the job that was outlined in the constitution as a function of our government, that is: managing our money supply, then they should be run out of business. They are obviously not too big to fail.
If it all fails, one of three things might happen:
    1. The people’s House of Representatives will finally get off its collective ass and do its constitutionally prescribed job of managing and balancing our Federal budget. If the ungentlemen in the Senate don’t like the budget, and want to shutdown the .GOV, they can explain their vote to the people That’s their duty. Or,
    2. People all around the world will sell their hoarded $$ either for goods, services, or real value commodities like gold or other metals. All the paper money will return to the US and the .GOV can use it to pay its bills. (joke, joke)
    3. People will sell their worthless paper $$ to governments like China or Russia who will then own The Fed and the US .GOV. If they don’t get any cooperation from them. they can go to the UN and demand a lien be placed on US .GOV property. For example, they can get a lien on an aircraft carrier and its escort group. The ships wouldn’t be able to leave port without risking seizure on the high seas. Or, they could take federal land and drill for coal or oil and sell it to other countries.
Its less bloody to loose America this way than to have to fight an inevitable war.

Islam is not horrible and FULL of hate. Muslim jihadi’s love virgins. They love virgins so much, that they are willing to sacrifice themselves to death in order to ensure that they get the max number allowed in mohamad’s paradise. That was 70 as of 1400 years ago, but things may have changed. You might ask the next jihadi you run into and let us all know if there has been an update..
Additionally, Islam is not full of hate ,because the only ones that islamists hate are not into islam, i.e.; jews, christians, pagans, anyone who is not their flavor of islam.
    Relax oh worrier of naught.
    Return to your reality TV.
Turn on your Sports Package and channel surf.
and stop shouting so much, you’re giving me a headache and you’re working yourself into a bad case of hypertension

    I am SHOCKED!!!
    I am appalled!!!
These are lies. ALL LIES I tell you!!!!
Everyone knows that islam is a religion of peace.
Everyone knows that jihadis are highly moral warriors of allah.
Everyone knows they are above the base and banal accusations that they are plunderers or eaters of human flesh.
These jihadis are wholey men working for allah and simply ensuring that everyone gets to hear the good news about mohammad and allah before they die.
Go back to your sports channels and your reality TV programs.
There is nothing bad to report about islam, nor anything to fear from it.
Ignore the crazy lies in this trashy article.
    Rest easy.

That looks more like a meth lab than a gun powder factory. Where was this again; Columbia University?

  • October 1, 2013 at 5:05am

First responder defends his home and family…with a gun, AND LIVES TO TELL ABOUT IT !
Meanwhile, cops interview driver accomplice and FAIL to charge him with murder in relation to the death of his partner.
    You go, second responders!!!
Unrelated question: if second responders uselessly carry guns into a gun free zone, is that locale still gun free???

Why should he prevaricate? If a same sex neuter doesn’t want to eat Barilla products, that’s its prerogative. That doesn’t mean we should cut our throats to agree with their sexual lifestyle.
I say buy more Barilla products and use them proudly with all your friends. If some don’t like the brand, let them eat more garlic bread.
If the same sex neuter can’t laugh at real life, let’s all laugh at it for it.

And,…now for this evening’s Partial Defense Scores:
    Number of Home Invaders. 2
Number of Home Invaders Shot 1
Number of Home Invaders not Shot -1
    Community’s Defense Score. -1
The numbers are still not in balance.
Recommend shooter spend more time at the range.
Someone breaks into your home and they are Home Invaders.
Someone breaks into your country and they are …undocumented?
    No! They are Foreign Invaders.
Maybe they should be shot as well, Whatchathink?

The school official’s front row parking was probably being blocked by the news van and it wouldn’t have been safe to park anywhere else, so….the news truck just had to go…for safety reasons don’tchaknow.

Wrong Thomas. You’re thinking of the doubting Apostle.
Sir Thomas More was a Knighted English lawyer, statesman, author, (He wrote “Utopia”) and Roman Catholic suppressor of the Protestant Reformation. As Lord Chancellor he arrested, imprisoned, and persecuted those he believed were heretics. He burned the english translation of the bible calling it heretical, and caused at least six heretics to be burned at the stake.
Eventually, Henry VIII named himself head of the Church in England. The king annulled the marriage to his wife and queen so as to marry a new queen and create a male heir to the throne.
When he did not come to wedding of Anne Boleyn, Sir Thomas was called before a commission to swear an oath. He agreed to Parliaments’ Act of Succession for Anne Boleyn, but refused to say anything in regards the validity of King Henry’s claim of Supremacy over the Pope as the head of the church in England. More was convicted of treason by false testimony, and beheaded.
St. (Sir) Thomas More waited too long to prove he’d learned the lesson well known by another Thomas. St. Thomas Aquinas’s early nickname was “The Dumb Ox” because of his silence in school. He only spoke when he had something intelligent to say.
King Henry VIII proved that’s not the same as relying on your silence to be your intelligent answer.

I tend to disagree w/your analysis.
Somehow you have ASSumed that a 09:30 verbal argument with one’s wife devolved into a wife beating, and therefore merited an unprovoked, severe and life threatening beating. Further, you ASSume that Mr. Bryket will automatically beat his son for the criminal actions of the Kern Co. Sheriff’s Dept.
stop ASSuming stupid stuff. Maybe you should further ponder your ASSumptions, eh?
On the contrary, this citizen will most likely become much more conservative.
More than likely, he will very justifiably arm himself and, in the future, will very vigorously defend his civil rights, liberties, and property.
A word of caution to the Kern Co. Sheriff’s Dept.: when responding to that location in the future, make sure your employees are holding a warrant before entering the property.
Just sayin’: “Y’all be safe out there”.

Each and every officer who abused or tormented this “suspected offender” while he was in police custody should:
    1. Immediately be put on suspension with prejudice and without pay,
    2. Be checked thoroughly by the DA and reported for ANY other abuse,
    3. When proven to have participated or facilitated the felonious assault or covered up the physical or verbal abuse should be fired with cause.
    4. When fired or disciplined, the officer should be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
    5. When fired or prosecuted, the officer’s personnel file should be updated with their criminal records.
    6. When fired or disciplined the officer should have their “Permit to Carry a Concealed Weapon” permanently revoked for cause so that it cannot be renewed by any other state regulatory agency.
Police officers are not first responders, they’re second responders. As this article demonstrates, they cannot ALWAYS be trusted to respond appropriately.
The first to respond to crimes against us or our family are US, WE the people. Unredressed abuse of innocents, or suspected offenders, by police, while hiding behind their badge or shield of a law enforcement Officer is a most dastardly crime, and should be rooted out of every police dept in the land.
Abuse by police without swift and severe punishment invites further abuse. An abusive police force leads to multiple abuses and preventable deaths.
Whose will they be: yours, or a police officers?

Hey Mr. President Dude, In a country as wealthy as ours, everyone should have access to the firearms of their choice. That’s in the constitution! Where’s my AR-15?
I can’t find cell phones or health insurance anywhere in my copy of the US Constitution, so why are you taxing me for your political giveaway shenanigans.
You are such a lying POS. You promise everyone “healthcare” when all you’re doing is selling snake oily insurance policies the the free market can not service. That makes you a lier and a thief.
I have no idea what it’s like to be an immigrant, a haole in Hawaii, or an Affirmative Action Student, but I do know what it’s like to be a proud American who treasures the gift of the Constitution handed down to me by other proud Americans.
Your legacy will never be as the first half black-half white man to become President. Your legacy will always be the AntiAmerican-AntiColonialist Idiot that lead America into chaos and oblivion.

Sec. Kerry is a former US Senator. More importantly, he is a former commissioned officer in the US Navy. His oath at his Navy Commissioning was to “protect and defend the Constitution, (not the government,) against all enemies, both foreign and domestic”. Every officer knows that he/she may leave the service, they may even resign their commission, but they can never vacate their oath.
When he became a Senator, he doubled down and again he took a very similar oath.

When Sen. Kerry campaigned for the office of US President several commissioned officers, very aware of their oaths, wrote a book questioning Sen. Kerry’s veracity, integrity, and honor. He lost.
When John Kerry became Sec. Of State, he again took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
Who wants to take a bet that the Rt. Hon. US Sec. Of State, John Kerry proves himself a coward, reneges on all of his oaths and fails to protect the constitution by following the illegal orders of a lawless and law breaking President by using the State Department to advance an illegal war in Seria?
Well then, when America is confronted by Russia and China, who will surrender first; Kerry or Obama?

  • August 27, 2013 at 7:59pm

More like Lord of the Flies.
How many times must an innocent be abused,
    before she for ever mistrusts?
    The answer my friend
    Is blowin in the wind.
The answer is blowin in the wind.

Just about anyone who rides anymore.
I know there are always some exceptionally aggressive cyclists; however, most realize that they are sharing the roads and streets. Please play nice and avoid hitting us. Bikes can be replaced. Mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers: not so much.

  • August 27, 2013 at 6:27pm

Individual citizens are first responders. Police are second responders.
    Let’s get it right people.

The daily news is filled with inexplicable accidents and tragic deaths. Why can’t we hear the welcome news of that sort regarding these two miscreants? Yes, the judge is just as depraved, base, and villainous as the repeat rapist because he’s sending a message from the court of justice, that what was done was of little import to society.
MESSAGE: Young girls can be raped repeatedly and it will only cost 30 days in jail. You don’t even have to go to prison for such a short sentence. You just camp out in your local jail for 30 days while you fantasize about your sexual conquests, then you can go back into society as if nothing ever happened.

  • August 27, 2013 at 5:52pm

If the judge thought the rapist had suffered enough, the judge should have served the 15 years for him.
As a matter of fact, the judge should serve at least 15 years for the pain and suffering he caused to the family of the little 14 year old girl that the arrogant judge thought was “older than her chronological age”.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the judge is a closet pedophile himself. It’s the only thing I can think of that would persuade him to hand down a 30 day sentence to a multiple rapist who caused a student in his school to commit suicide because of the shame and helplessness she felt being in the same building as her rapist.
Her mother is absolutely correct. That judge SUCKS and should be recalled and disbarred.
