  That’s a pretty popular road in SoCal, known as The Rock Store, named after a little market and cafe down the hill. You regularly see celebrities like Jay Leno hanging around up there on their bikes. There are also a ton of these guys, known as squids. They try to emulate road racers without any of the skills of one. This squid obviously went in too hot and fixated on the bikers when he panicked. You can go up there any nice weekend day and watch a dozen or more squids go over the side of the hill. Hilarious. I’m glad the bicyclists weren’t hurt.

  The problem you seem to be having here is confusing “racist” with “anti-black”. Just because those different ethnic groups voted for Obamalama doesn’t mean they aren’t racist. It just means they didn’t discriminate against a black candidate. Racism and racial predjucice just means making decisions about people based on their ethnicity. Like in Affirmative Action, or something like that.

  30 round magazines are what the rifles were designed to use. They should call 10-rounders (like we’re stuck with here) LOW capacity magazines.

  Those are supermotards, not choppers, not minibikes. And the rider that stayed up was not thinking quickly to save the guy that crashed. He was just doing what he could to stay upright. Since when is 30mph “high speed”. I guess that’s all I have to complain about. Carry on.

  That wasn’t surprising, given how young most of them were. Most 20 year-olds don’t pay too much attention to anything outside their own self-absorbed microcosms. They aren’t trying to find jobs yet or support a family, so why pay attention to the issues?. Who has time to pay attention to politics when you’re trying to party and hook up all the time?
