@Jim S WMD’s were found in Iraq, and I have first hand info from several different military personnel who were over there. They were not to disclose this information due to they did not want it to leak out before they had a chance to get them out of there first. They found lots of yellow cake, and other chemical weapons stashes in secret facilities buried in the desert. They are still unsure if they got them all out, which is why they have kept a lid on it all these years. However, it finally came out about a year or so ago that WMDs were found, but no one paid any significant attention to that when they said it. In fact, ISIS found some of the yellow cake, which I believe is the reason why the info was released to begin with. No one really knows how many stashes there were in the desert, or where they all are.
Now, this next part may sound like I am defending Bush, but I am not. I just want to set the record straight. I am no fan of Bush, for sure. But, what happened is that he knew that he was going to have to take the heat for “No WMDs” in Iraq when they came out with that report. However, he did it to keep those weapons out of the hands of the “bad guys”. Whoever they might have been at the time.
Personally, I think we probably should have stayed out of Iraq, because Saddam was the glue that held that part of the world together. He was a bad guy, and very unstable, and everyone in the area knew it. So, he kept much of that area in check.

I agree with you, my heart sank when he said he would intensify the war on drugs, and that he is against the legalization of marijuana. I believe that the best way to approach this issue is to take marijuana off of the Schedule 1 drug list. It has been proven that the drug has medicinal uses, and should not be on that list. It is that simple. And the president can do that without congress. I do however, believe that we need to stop drugs coming over the boarder. That is bad, and it is a lot more than just marijuana coming across the boarder.
I do agree that we need not participate in the UN, and there are other things that he says that I really like. I still like the guy, and would support him for president. But that one thing is a huge issue for me. What about the states that have already legalized marijuana. It has become a huge part of our economy out here in Colorado, and if you took that out of the economy at this point, you would seriously damage the economy. There would be a lot of people out of work, and would seriously increase the unemployment rate in our state. I would like to here more on his opinion on this issue for sure.

Good shot Ma’am
That’s why I say hey ma’am nice shot.
What a good shot ma’am
I absolutely agree. As long as Israel leaves these people standing they will continue to attack them over and over. They are like cockroaches. If you don’t kill them all, they will come back and continue to invade your home.
I know that sounds pretty callus, but it is the truth. Israel should level the place, take the land, and start over from scratch. If the Palestinians really were innocent, they would stand up against Hamas placing missile batteries in populated areas, where they know that Israel will nave no choice but to bomb to get rid of them. The truth is that the Palestinians support Hamas, and their continual attacks on Israel.
It is sad to say that Israel should level the whole of Gaza, but what other choice do they have if they want to live in peace? If they don’t, they will only continue to live in fear of when the next missiles will be fired into their country. All is fair in war, and that is, unfortunately, the way it should be…

You make them sound like the Dukes of Hazard or something…
Just’a good ol’ boys
Never meanin’ no harm.
Beats all you never saw
Been in trouble with the law
Since the day they was born
Staightnin’ the curves
Flatnin the hills
Someday the mountain might get ‘em
But the law never will
Makin’ their way
The only way they know how
That’s just a little bit more
Than the law will allow.

It is illegal to wear a full blown military uniform. In BDU’s it is okay to wear if you take off the patches, and the tag that says US ARMY, or US AIR FORCE, etc… You can keep your name tag on the uniform, but that is it. Otherwise, it is illegal to wear the uniform, PERIOD! I am former Air Force, and I agree completely with My Sacred Honor on this. If you question the validity of a true senior NCO, or Special Forces, get ready to be completely reamed a new one! I also agree that this guy is a few bricks short of a load. What a piece of work!

The problem here, as stated in the article is not that she hid from retreat. I did it when I was in the military by staying in doors until after retreat was sounded and there are many, many more who have done the same. The problem here is that she disrespected the flag in her FB post, and that she posted that trash in the first place.
There is supposed to be a video of her out there as well where she is messing around with an M16, and carelessly pointing it around at her friends. That is a disgrace. It’s all fun and games until someone gets shot! This girl just seems to be undisciplined. What the heck do the teach in Basic Training these days? Discipline should be one of the first things you learn in Basic Training. Or, are they being soft on Women these days. Wouldn’t want to offend anyone by being too tough on a woman now, would we? What the H. E. double Hocky Sticks is this country coming to?

Hey, don’t include CO with all the liberal bastard states… We are not as bad out here as you might think. And, we are in the process of righting the ship out here. Colorado is much more a libertarian state than a democrat/liberal state.
Many of you think that just because we legalized marijuana that we are all a bunch of liberals. But, many of us who voted for it are libertarian/conservatives. Many who voted for the liberal punks who pushed through the gun legislation were duped by the liberals who ran as moderates. I wasn’t, but know many who were. Believe me, we will take back the governorship this year, and if not the house and senate, this year, we will at least get close.
Don’t think for one second that we are a bunch of liberals, we’re not!

My dad, when he was still alive, used to talk to himself out loud from time to time. We would ask if he was talking to himself, and he would say in return, “Sure am, I have to talk to someone intelligent every once in a while…”

Oh, COME ON! What the heck is wrong with people? The way it sounded in the article, they were thrusting their hips to Jingle Bells… But in reality they were really shaking their butts… Big difference. I don’t see what everyone is so up in arms about. SMH
Just not really what I want my kids seeing in the middle of their cartoons

WTF!!!!??? I am former Air Force, and the Marines have the most awesome of all the dress uniforms, including the hat! That uniform is so fricken sharp! Why would they need or want to change it? This is the stupidest thing I have seen yet from these folks! MORONS!

I like Newt, and used to like Anne, but after the last election when she was soooo high on “Crispy Creme” Christy… I lost all respect for her. I would have voted for Newt had he won the nomination. He is a very intelligent person, and would have made Obama look foolish in the debates. Romney was one of the worst people we have ever put up for president, next to Bob Dole, and John McCain…

I pretty much mostly agree with you on this. And, The Carol Burnette Show was AWESOME! Tim Conway and Harvey Korman together used to make my sides hurt I would be laughing so hard! Now, that was comedy! No good shows like that on TV any more…

@ Blinklight… COME ON, MAN! I am far from the religious type, and maybe at best could be considered as Agnostic. However, I understand the concept of tolerance. Tolerance is a two way street. You first have to be tolerant of others and respect them for their beliefs. If you do that then others will respect you for your beliefs and treat you better in return. Understand how that works?
Your problem is that you disrespect people and try to force your views on them. And, think that they should respect you for your views, and treat you respectfully because of them. Sorry bro, that ain’t the way it works… You have some serious growing up to do. I know, because I used to be just like you. But, then I grew up and became a man. Treating people with a little respect goes a long way.

Anyone else notice the green tatoo on his neck? Just curious what it might be, as you cannot see the whole thing. He is a thug for sure, and a stooge. Not saying that just because of the tat…

Holy Crap! I guess even a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in a while! I hope he is right on this one!!!

@ Ranger Skippy, I think I heard over the last couple of weeks that Martin was actually only about 100 yards from his father’s home. So, my question is… Why didn’t he just go home in stead of turning around and approaching Zimmerman and starting the confrontation? He didn’t have to confront Zimmerman, but he did.
You are correct, he had a right to throw a punch, but that right ended at the end of Zimmerman’s nose. AMEN brother!

Cunningham was wrong for some of his antics last night. I was watching it live and was a bit embarrassed for both of them. However, I can totally understand, as Tamara Holder is one of the most annoying people on television. Basically she was saying last night that Eric Holder did not lie, he just didn’t tell the whole truth. He just made a mistake… What a joke! I don’t know if I could have held it together either. I don’t know why Hannity keeps having her back on his show. I would have kicked her to the curb long ago!

I have been homeless before, and let me tell you this. Most “honest” homeless people, you would never know that they were homeless. The reason is, that they are embarrassed to be homeless and don’t want anyone to know that they are homeless. Most of the pan handlers you see on the street are either homeless because they choose to be (Many have mental illnesses), or they are not really homeless at all, and are just scammers looking for an easy buck.
I once saw someone, I knew as a pan handler, in a bank with a huge roll of cash. I also used to see this guy out side of my work. He would hang out on the corner with a “Big Gulp” in shorts no shirt or shoes, and ask for “a dollar for a diet Coke” and push the button for people to walk across the street. The guy wasn’t really homeless and lived in a beautiful condo in Honolulu, HI… So, you know he was making a killing by pan handling. I stopped giving money to pan handlers a long time ago!
You are so dead-on correct. Panhandlers make an excellent living playing the suffering card when all along they're cashing in. Their routines varied as to how they come across to their marks, but their acting paid nice dividends. Many of them make hundreds a day, and being a probation officer at the time, they didn't hesitate to disclose to me their daily take -- with pride. Panhandlers also consider people who work for a living as "saps".
I've worked and lived in both Detroit and Pontiac, and in both places I knew "the regulars" who drove nice cars and lived well as they panhandled on a daily basis. They even took care to stay in their claimed areas out of respect for each other.
Truly homeless people really don't want anyone to know they're homeless, and they bust their backsides working their way out of their (temporary) situation. Anyone can fall on hard times in life, but in this country, it's rare - or at least it has been. Years on the dole, however, takes a trace of psychopathy, commonly an addiction to drugs or alcohol, a vote for a Democrat, and of course, a lack of conscience. (Yes, they voted, and exclusively for the Democratic candidates.)
Friend of mine Eric. Went to high school with him. He moved to FL. He now 'works' near Disney World every day for about 3 or 4 hours a day. Sometimes 8 or 9. He basically works until he gets around $600 or more. Then he walks about 8 miles to whatever random parking lot he parked his nice car in (Nothing fancy mind you, but a nice new Chevy or something usually), drives to the bank, cash deposit, goes to dinner then home.
He told me flat out. Just think about it... Over 5 - 10k people pass me every day. I ask for a buck. Sometimes I get less, sometimes I get more, it averages out at least a buck per. For all the 'No's I will get, at least 400 - 1000 will give me something. On a horribly low traffic day at least a couple hundred bucks. Cash. I report about half of it to taxes to keep 'honest' with the government and that's that.
The man makes triple what I do. I work my balls off. I can't say he doesn't work at all for it - somewhat like a door to door or street yeller - and he's out there at least part or all of the day every day. Still gets my goat though. LOL
