  Legitimate rape vs unlegitimate rape. Both of the following people are now registered sex offenders. First. A friend of mine was leaving a nightclub when a man that she rejected waited outside for her. Knocked her unconscious, raped and beat her and left her for dead. ie. legitimate rape. Second an off duty state officer goes to a 21 and over bar. Meets a lady that says she is 22. They hit it off and go back to his place and have sex. Turns out she lied about her age and is 2 months short of 18yrs old. The officer was fired arrested for statutory rape and is now a registered sex offender. ie unlegitimate rape Both cases happened in New Mexico. Should they both be treated the same way? BTW the first case pleaded to 3 months.

  My take on gun control. I should be ableto buy any weapon that the criminals and law enforcement have. If gun control laws are the answer, why do cops carry guns in NYC and DC.

  Here’s a question that needs to be asked. If Obama was so into drugs and used often, which even Obama says he did, Did he ever sell drugs? I will bet you if the facts are know he has. I think the people of the US should know the truth.

  It is not that he cares if people buy from him it is the abusive and threatening messages he is getting. Boycotts are fine. Telling people they are going to die is totally not fine.

  I hope that if the SCOTUS upholds the Health care law Congress will require every person in the USA to purchase a hand gun. Those that refuse should be fined yearly and the money should go to provide the poor with hand guns and to help pay police that have to spend extra money protecting non-gun owners. BHO says health care is a right, the 2nd amendment says that gun ownership is a right.

  If the SCOTUS decides that the individual mandate is Constitutional, I want a Congress to offer a bill that requires all Americans living in the USA to own a hand gun. If you chose not to own one you should be fined and the money gathered shall go to buying guns for the poor and to help police protect those without guns. BHO says Healthcare is a right and the 2nd amendment says gun ownership is a right.

  1.70 per day to charge a volt based on .127/kwh (Dec’s national average Electricity)
  1.70/35(average range of vote with no gas)=4.9 cents per mile
  Gas Car
  3.565(Feb’s National average gas)/23(Average City MPG for 4 cylinder car)=15.5 Cents per mile
  4.9/15.5=31.61%
  (3.565)(31.61)=1.13 Equivalent MPGS National average.
  My electricity rate is lower than the national average but still not far off.
  As for 2smart, Why are you still in Massachusetts?
