  I wish he was like his father. His father would not hand our freebies to illegals so they would deport themselves. Much more powerful than a wall (which should be a part of the solution).

  The purpose of our federal government isn’t to pander to anyone, and it certainly isn’t to treat us all differently.

  It is to make laws regarding activities that cross state lines and to defend the nation.

  We are all supposed to be equal under the law.

  Send a clear message of freedom to all the people. Some will like it. Some will reject it. Watering it down just makes the message irrelevant.

  I can still vote for Rand over Hillary. I’m just disappointed that a public official for Americans feels they have to divide us all into little groups to be treated differently. Seems unamerican to me. But hey, disappointment is all I know when it comes to politics.

  But I draw the line at Rand. Anyone a trillion of an inch to the left of him gets squat from me,

  I’ve said it for 4 years now, and I will say it again.

  Those who feel so free to put trillions in debt on the backs of future generations are criminals who need to be dragged off Capitol Hill in chains. Unconscionable to risk the anihilation of the dollar just so we can push all the pain on people who weren’t even born yet.

  And democrats thinking the problem is we still are not spending enough??!!!
  They are willing to risk the future of 300+ million people’s lives that their plan is right and the Right’s is wrong.

  Well, what if the democrats are wrong, and their plan destroys America? What is the punishment for that. What greater treason has ever been done to a nation?

  I’m not convinced we have an accurate way to tell which texts are older.

  A lot of guesswork goes into acheological history. There just isn’t any certainty.

  But it’s only true until it is proven wrong. Like most of all science in recorded history.

  Alchemy may have plenty of science in it and produce tangible results. Who knows? Astrology, probably the same. Who knows?

  Telling children what we think is true now, will only be found to be a lie later. That applies to both you and I. We just do the best we can.

  I don’t choose to discount thousands of years of human wisdom in the idea that we are much smarter than ancient humans. When I look at what they accomplished that can’t even figure out today, I think we are a little full of ourselves.

  If I got my way, the Bible would be mandatory for every student, as at least providing a framework for the American culture. I would love it just to know kids are reading it.

  But I think the closest any of us will ever see to that is getting more school choice and getting government out of our kids schools and out of the propaganda business.
