  This teacher should be fired.It is ok to teach about other cultures and I do not see a problem letting the students read the content of the Mexican national anthem but to make her students memorize it and sing it in class should not be allowed by the school board.If the teacher wants to push a Mexican agenda then she should move to Mexico and do it in their schools.I wonder if she is even here legally.

  What in the world is going on in Texas.First you have a teacher making students wear burqas while teaching them about muslim culture now some idiot teacher forces an American student to sing the Mexican national anthem and she gets suspended for refusing. Come on Governor Perry why are you allowing this nonsense in your schools.Do you job.I would expect these incidents to happen in liberal states like NY or Mass but Texas?Our nation under Obama is really going down the crapper.
