  The woman is a certifiable lunatic. Trust nothing she says or does, she is one of the “do as I say, not as I do” elitist snobs, who don’t deserve her position or professorship.   What 97 % are you referring to? Last review shows mostly divided 50/50 , so you you referring to the 97 % of the 50% that think humans can change the weather … I guess you never studied any global climate history, back 4.3 billion years, so that makes you not informed. The Earth’s climate is in constant flux, never same, and we are just between ice ages , another one will come, sooner of later…. The dinosaurs didn’t cause global warming, they were the beneficiaries of it… and as recently as 22,000 years ago there was ice several 1000 feet thick over NY City Take a walk in Central Park some time, you can still see the scars on the rocks there for the ice….

  With only fractions of a second to respond, the police officer did what he needed to do, a decision he may regret the rest of his life, but I don’t think it was the wrong one. There are times when a no win situation presents itself, the outcome could have been a dead police officer and a dead hostage….
  May the criminal dirtbag rot in hell for eternity. Pray for the family of the victim and the officer, may they find peace.
