The third to last paragraph should be of interest to all. “Small arms and light weapons” applies to ALL privately owned firearms currently owned by US citizens. Lists of YOUR registered firearms will ultimately be provided to the UN. The Obama administration will be only too happy to comply with this and if the UN wants to limit ownership or confiscate, Obama has said in the past that he believes that on one but military or law enforcement should posses firearms.

I was at McPee’s on that day. Ventura was loud and obnoxious and way out of line. Someone did knock him on his ass, I didn’t see who did it. If Chris Kyle did it, he had good reason. You don’t say that kind of stuff in a bar full of active duty sailors, SEALS and EOD, without consequences

Brandon Lee was not killed by a loaded weapon. He was killed by a blank firing prop. It looked like a real weapon and when the trigger is pulled it made a loud bang. Although it could not fire a projectile, it could emit a flash out of a pin hole in the muzzle. Lee was playing with the prop, held it to his head and pulled the trigger. The resulting gas jet homogenized his dumb brain!

The Hawaii penal code, section 134 says that you can get a permit to carry. I just retired from the Honolulu PD in March. In my 20 plus years there have been only 3 permits issued. One was for the civilian armorer of the police department, and the other 2 were to political figures. Go to the Honolulu Police Department Firearms Section at 801 S. Beretania St and ask for a permit application. They officers at the window will openly laugh at you and tell you you are wasting your time. Yes, it is possible to get a permit, but no one has ever gotten one!
