Some of you are correct. She is acting within bounds established by our own laws, although tasteless and disgusting, she has a constitutionally protected right to act in this manner. B U T, if you read the story it leads you to believe that she was on a trip for the facility and paid for by the facility, as such she was AT WORK representing her employer.. BIG BIG difference. Her employer therefore has every right to FIRE HER. In the words of Bugs Bunny what a Maroon !

How does spinning the truth into a “softer” form help anyone? Some thiings in scripture ARE difficult to accept and yes it would be nice to have a “backdoor” into Heaven but the Bible is the Bible. Trying to make the difficult more acceptable is a disservice. I am a single dad, 3 kids, and a business professional with a degree. I have been out of work for 16 months and it’s the worst thing I have ever had to endure. But I DO accept this IS God’s plan. I don’t understand it or like it, but I accept it. I’m also daily thankful for his love and grace and I know in my heart he will see me through this. He is my rock when I am weak and scared to death, which right now, is every dang day.

Black Panther radio? Is that an FCC licensed station or an XM thing? If that is a station with an FCC license then they are required by law to maintain a public service file that any person can demand to see at any time and must be kept up to date, the FCC is a bit picky on this particular issue.. No exceptions. If they are in fact an FCC licensed station, then that license comes up for renewal every couple of years and can be challenged by ANY citizen. They must prove they are operating in the public interest, An interesting thought.
Report: Condoleezza Rice Near the Top of Romney’s VP Short List
July 12, 2012 at 8:22pm
This is about winining. Secretary Rice is an exceptional choice that will put the Obama ticket into a meltdown. Let’s see, an African – American WOMAN who is without question brilliant and knows more about government than our current President ever will, yeah that would work! She won’t eat Biden for lunch in a debate, she’ll shred the current President like the poser he is. Ms. Rice is not rumored to be the smartest person in the room, she usually is ! Come on Mit, make the call, not only do you ensure a win, in 8 years you give us a Woman president who happens to be black. Now that is a legacy.
U.S. Army to Pull Out of NASCAR at the End of the Season — But Why?
July 10, 2012 at 6:48pm
Prove it. Show us the numbers. Please, show me the direct connection between motorsports sponsorships and recruitment numbers. Not your oppinion, I want the numbers based on dollars spent v. number of new recruits generated who confirm that they joined our military soely due to seeing the name of a service branch on a car. You want to make a statement like that, back it up with verified research. Now break it down for cost per recruit against dollar spent on sponsorship. Do you have any firm idea of how much $80,000,000 really is? Just a quick side bar, for a business to invest that, it has to expect a two or three times return on the expenditure to justify the cost. And , oh yeah, there are very few businesses that can even envision an $80,000,000 advertising budget let alone a budget that would allow that kind of spending on just sponsorship. The fact this is even a debate shows how far out whack things are.
U.S. Army to Pull Out of NASCAR at the End of the Season — But Why?
July 10, 2012 at 5:52pm
It does not matter what the sport is, our government can not allocate $80,000,000 for sponsorships. It’s absurd. There is no possible way that the military sees an eighty million dollar return on that spending. But lets read between the lines, they didn’t say they were cutting their budget, only pulling out of NASCAR, they are feeling the public presure and lowering the profile a little. I love our military and NASCAR but it ****** me off when I see public money being spent to support a sport. Oh, and let’s not forget that sport is still run by a single family, I’m sure the France family is unhappy but their lobbyists will take care of that.
