  • Oh, he was having fun and it made me laugh.
Soooo many get up there and give these ‘fake heart’ ‘self serving’ ‘Speeches’ and Lifeson simply was playing tongue in cheek on that one.

It’s about time they’re in there. Rush inspired me becoming a musician and helped me Think music from all sides. Very talented group.

And on their lyrics… Peart writes them and he’s quite the intellectual. Those that have taken the time, know Peart does Not write absentmindedly. Quite cerebral.

    CONGRATS RUSH!

  • “Can’t reason with those that are drunk and high… no matter what the intoxicant.”

Not completely accurate. When was the last time you saw or even heard of someone buzzed on pot starting a fight? Getting in a car accident? Shooting someone in a bar?

Alcohol is legal yet look at all the fights, accidents, rage and killings ‘IT’ does. Yet you don’t see or hear of it with marijuana.

I get your point, I understand. Yet inaccuracies repeated perpetuate ignorance.

As far as that cop… up to 50 years? He should get Life in prison in the least for cold blooded MURDER.

  • “[Allah means God-no matter what you slanderers say]”

It means God to Muslims however doesn’t mean it’s the same God we believe in.
For Christians Jesus ‘is’ God, one of the trinity. Muslims believe him only a prophet.
So at the root, we believe Jesus is God, they do not.
    No slander, intellectual honesty.

  • I saw the video when first posted on TMZ.
The comments FOR Bristol were 98% / Against, 2%
It was a relief to see how many people supported her response and slammed his.

His rebuttal video, also chastised. This guy was ‘way’ out of line for what he said and how and I’m ‘Pleased’ to see he actually put out a responsive apology. Even the thick headed, narrow minded, ill informed repeating parrot heads can have a moment of intellectual honesty.

‘Very’ Good Wool-Free Vision, Very Good indeed.

I thought it was a good story that helps break up the norm.

Plus I thought it neat to see what the kid grew up to look like. It’s not ‘ground breaking’ yet it was a cool little piece that brought back some memories and a grin to the face.

Was relevant in a nostalgia kinda way. Nice little break from the constant deepening foundational cracks to our financial and social systems. Even the Lord broke some bread and had a laugh in between saving the world.

Child Pornography? Really? Your joking right?
Where is your mind at to even ‘Think’ of that?

I saw that album cover when it first came out and seen it hundreds of times since.
And not ‘Once’ did any such thought let alone an inkling of a thought like that come to mind.

I see a baby underwater, in a pool, eying a dollar bill.
    And you see…..
    Geez.

That Dana guy….. he’s a tool. He got ripped off? Uh Dana, you knew what you were getting into with your school loans, so blame nothing or no one but yourself. Typical.
