Someone oughta kick Eric in his racial animus. I’m getting tired of them telling me I’m judging them by the color of their skin. Im judging them on their incompetence, their ignorance, their poor judgement and their lack of a moral backbone.

I don’t mind them not passing many bills. They just have to pass the most important ones. Harry Reid is an abject failure, the process is bogged down by career politicians who have lost sight of who they work for, and there is too much government in our lives today. It would be nice for them to spend one full year just improving current laws and getting rid of the ones we don’t need. Get out of the way and let the country grow…….

“Republicans in the House oppose that bill, in large part because they fear it would create a pathway to legal status in the United States and give Obama the option of adopting tougher border measures.” That doesnt sound right to me? Maybe thats what the RINOs want, but conservatives want the border secured and the law of the land followed. Nothing can be done about reforming immigration until the border is secured and verified…..And what senior officials are already addressing the problem? Whoever it is should be fired, they are failing miserably……

Of course a pompous, arrogant ass like himself would think that. He’ll be surprised when he doesn’t even get an invitation for an interview….God Luck taking all that money with you, you wonk……

This goes to show that a double standard exists with liberals. Liberal black men get away with such moronic comments, racists comments, with no coverage from the media. If a conservative had made such a statement, it would have been all over the MSM. I am amazed at what incompetent, immoral people are elected in this “educated” society. Absolutely amazing. What a disgrace.

The sad thing is he will appeal to a large part of the constituency in Virginia. What an absolute embarrassment of a person. I hate liars, but I am one, but FOX News sucks……good job buddy. Crawl back in your hole with Larry and enjoy your life. Leave public service out of it…….

Mr. Cummings has been an obstructionist from the beginning, apparently with some personal interest in doing so. He has not done his job and I cannot imagine why people in his district elect him to represent them. An absolute failure. I wouldn’t trust him to walk my dogs. Remember this when it comes time to vote in November.
Unfortunately, the district he (and many others of the racist caucus) is from is gerrymandered to the max; uninformed voters who care only about skin color. Did you see that Jesse Jackson Jr got reelected while sitting in a psych ward under indictment for corruption? They don't know or care, as long as they have the correct amount of melanin in their skin.

First, it is interesting that free speech is given to those liberals who choose to spout their hateful retoric. But if a conservative speaks freely, they receive condemnation and intolerance from the left. Terrible double standard. Second, this causes concern about the quality of education our youth are receiving at “institutions of higher education”. Doesn’t appear that is the case. Nothing but an uneducated loser.

You, Miss Lindsay, are absolutely gorgeous. And anyone who thinks otherwise lacks good taste and judgement.
March 29, 2014 at 9:30pm
The negative feedback from the “tolerant” left is uninformed, uneducated, and plainly ignorant. Don’t worry about what they think…..Congratulations….

Young man, find a good attorney, and you can do whatever you like for the rest of your life, on the county’s dime. Absolute lack of common sense and professionalism. The school should be sued, the county attorney should be replaced, and the prosecutor fired…..Don’t let actions like these stand.
Agreed--he should contact a group like the Rutherford Institute: https://www.rutherford.org/legal_assistance/
. . .or the American Center for Law and Justice/Jay Sekulow:
We're certain either would be able to give him advice/take his case!

Josh, I disagree. They skipped the speak softly and went straight to the big stick. Their actions should be reserved to those who pose a physical threat towards them. She did not. They could have handled that in a totally different manner. While the rule may have been wrong, their handling of this situation was totally improper and without merit. A review of their conduct should change the way they handle such situations and their actions should be more appropriate and professional. They acted like bullies with a chip on their shoulder. My hell, Krispy Kreme is just across the street.

Josh, I disagree. This “officer” came loaded for bear. His attitude at the beginning of the conversation demonstrated arrogance, bullying, and disrespect. Because he holds that position, he is responsible to handle this and every situation with decorum, professionalism and restraint. None of those were present. She just won the lottery…..

Being very familiar with Utah Valley University, I am first, very surprised at the lack of professionalism and situational control these officers demonstrated, and second, she will likely become the newest millionaire in the valley. And those two excuses for law enforcement should start applications at McDonalds. Usually very supportive of law enforcement, but this is an embarrasement….. Pres. Holland needs to clean house……

We have a three way tie…. Reid, McCain, McConnell…..with a long list of tied for second…

Mr. Harkin, is this a joke. Who’s back are you scratching? Sounds like you are posturing for this administration on how nice their communist political agenda would be when it is implemented in our country. You are so far of base, you are embarassing, and should be censured for you treasonous tirade. Loser…….

“No taste for a high stakes fight”? Wonder how the GOP will fare in the November elections. My guess, with that kind of attitude, not very well. What an embarrassment……

Doucheman is clueless, so cannot be part of a coherent conversation. Sen Lee handed AG Holder his ass, Holder immediately took the “I don’t know” deflection defense popular with this administration. Obviously the President has overstepped his authority using executive orders. He has no desire to work with Congress. If he doesn’t get exactly what he wants, he will try to do an end run. Congress must hold steady on preventing this. Call him out and make him justify his actions. If Congress won’t hold him accountable, replace them. Rule of Law is essential to a well run country……at all levels.

I believe our law enforcement officers should be protected in serving us. I also believe that this would not be such an issue if there wasnt a concerted effort by the Federal government and those on the left to infringe on our constitutional right to bear arms. With all the moves to control or eliminate firearms, the public has every right to be suspicious and hold our representatives accountable.

He won’t be working there for long if he keeps up with the cavalier attitude (sarcasm included). I wish more were like that….
