Maybe we should just follow the constitution and recognize that the federal government has absolutely no lawful authority to impose drug prohibition.

No drug prohibitionist has EVER been able to answer this question: If alcohol prohibition required a constitutional amendment, where does the government get the authority for drug prohibition?

WOW! 6.5 gr., and he’s charged with a FELONY! I know I’ll sleep better tonight knowing this dangerous criminal is going to be doing some hard time.

Okay, let’s consider the case of the Keystone Pipeline. You have only three choices.

    1. Only government can use eminent domain, so the government must build, own, and operate the pipeline.

    2. Eminent domain can be used to build privately owned projects.

    3. If you don’t like 1 or 2, no Keystone Pipeline.

Which is worse, being endorsed by Jimmy Carter or the New York Times?

If you open carry, you might as well carry a sign that say. “Shoot Me First!”

Evolution is a theory. Creationism is not, because it does not meet the requirements to be elevated to the status of a scientific theory. Anyone who says something is “just a theory” doesn’t understand what a scientific theory actually is. Likely they are advocating some form of superstition or faith-based belief system that falls far short of qualifying as a theory.

When I was growing up, hitting someone when they were down was always considered to be chicken[poop]. This is what MMA is teaching our kids today. It got Trayvon Martin killed.

Holder knows that if Hillary doesn’t win, they’re both going to prison. For the Hildebeest, the only way out is through.

He always wanted to be white, so I have no doubt that he would approve.

Slenderman, animals can’t read the Bible, yet males and females have no problem understanding their respective roles in the world. It’s not religion that determines our roles; it’s physiology.

Once again, liberals ruin everything they touch. No exceptions.

Do you seriously think the Trump haters are any better? If anything, they’re worse, but you’d never know that from reading The Blaze.

This kind of crap will not stop until we start sentencing these Nazi thug cops to long prison terms (10+ years) for felony aggravated battery and armed criminal action.

Not only are they a danger to the public, they are a danger to the good cops who are being lumped in with them.

It’s hard to decide who to root for here.

The accusation of racism is the liberal’s declaration of intellectual bankruptcy.

I used to write résumés for a living, and I have to agree with everything she said. It’s pretty much the way I used to do it.

One day a guy walked into my office and said he was the personnel manager for one of the largest employers in town. He wanted a new résumé for himself, so he brought in a dozen samples of résumés of other people that he had accumulated over the past few years in the course of his job, and said he wanted his to look just like them. It turned out that I had written all but one of them, and that one had obviously copied my style.

The 1st amendment grants them the freedom to ask, but it does not require the government to accede to their demands. There is no “separation of religion from government” in the constitution — only the prohibition on establishing an official state religion like the Church of England or restricting anyone’s right to worship as they please.

What these atheists are demanding would violate BOTH of these articles by establishing atheism as an official state religion and denying religious freedom to certain people based on their condition of employment, i.e., working for the government.
