  Abolish the IRS and fire EVERYONE who works there with NO severance pat and no unemployment benefits. Anyone who complains would have criminal conspiracy charges filed against them for staying there after it was proven beyond the shadow of a doubt to be a corrupt criminal enterprise. Then degauss ALL of their hard drives and auction off their property.

  Replace the ENTIRE tax code with a national retail sales tax (Fair Tax) to be collected by the states.

  Okay, if you require them to be able to read English, that’s discrimination, and you will be sued.

  If you hire illiterates who can’t read English, and they are subsequently injured because they can’t read the warming labels on products they need to do their jobs, that’s negligence, and you will be sued.

  Best advice, don’t hire them in the first place, and don’t be an idiot and tell them why.
