  • Don’t they know that KIDS MIGHT BE WATCHING this as they stay up waiting for the New Year to begin? Ms. Griffin may have either been stoned, or drunk, or both. I don’t care. She obviously cannot make a transition to any program that, at least in theory, should be family-friendly. CNN should be embarrassed. Glad I wasn’t watching that station, anyway. I was instead watching ABC, which did a great job of remembering Dick Clark.

  • If I lived anywhere near Washington, D.C., I would now be organizing a massive demonstration against this vile, deceitful administration. This should be the last straw.

I hope someone will rise up to do this and give all outraged Americans a voice to be reckoned with.

  • Blaze folks,

Looks to me like you are jumping the gun here. What about the introductory words ““I would challenge a reading of . . .”? Doesn’t that mean that Obama expressed the opposite of the words quoted in the title of your post?

Not that I would defend anything Obama does, but as Conservatives I want to make sure we are accurate in how we are characterizing his prior statements. We can win without the spin.

  • To those who posted this story in the first place, and who are seeing the vitriol being leveled against a mere 13-year-old girl, ask yourself: “Is this what we stand for as Americans?” This is shameful. We’re better than what is being shown here. This girl was unfairly portrayed – she did not throw any tantrum at all, let alone an “epic” one. I ask with all humility that you consider removing this whole story and the whole comment thread, maybe even cap it off with an apology to this child and her family.

  • Don’t get me wrong – I hate these kind of talent shows just as much as many of you. But picking on a 13-year-old girl trying to realize a dream, and piling on, seems a bit unseemly to me. Let’s show some class, fellow conservatives, like I know you can. This wasn’t a tantrum – it was an emotional breakdown following what must have been one powerful jolt of rejection. She didn’t hurl insults or scream at anyone. Give this kid some credit for then having pulled herself together at the end and thanking the judges and her parents for the sacrifices they made for her.

  • THAT LYING SACK OF COW DUNG!!!

By calling Sharron Angle stupid and saying she was going to hell and daring her to come over to NYC and say the same things as she’s saying in NV, it is patently obvious that Behar meant to use the “B” word in the spirit of viciousness and not a term of endearment. Far from it.

SORRY, JOY! NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY NOW, YOU CANNOT UN-SCRAMBLE THAT EGG. The “B” word will be your legacy. Congratulations.

  • Adios, El Duchebag.

What, oh what, will you say now – that you were fired by a bunch of “angry white guys” at CNN? Tool.

Best wishes as you hunt for that bottom-of-the-barrel news organization that even thinks of hiring you now.

  • Musketball, I have no substantive comment. Just wanted to say that your name ROCKS!!!

  • Well said, Rattler. Keep spreading that Gospel, my friend.

Commie scum are vastly outnumbered by hard-working, freedom-loving Americans. Come November and then again in 2010, we will send the Commies/Socialists/Marxists scurrying back to the underside of the rocks from which they dared to crawl out. We, the No-Longer-Silent Majority, have shown that we are in this for the long haul, and when all is said and done, we will triumph.
