Rush Limbaugh Vs. Bill O’Reilly? Find Out Why Limbaugh Says the Fox Host ‘Marginalized’ His Audience
March 27, 2013 at 6:57pm
Since our courts like to look to other places for legal advice, let me suggest this one from the EU: The EU has several schemes to legally define articles of commerce such as Roquefort cheese can only be labeled “Roquefort” if made in a certain location. The same product, made with the same materials, BUT not the same location can not be legally labeled “Roquefort” cheese. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese is an other example. WHY? Words have meanings. “The purpose of the law is to protect the reputation of the regional foods, promote rural and agricultural activity, help producers obtain a premium price for their authentic products, and eliminate the unfair competition and misleading of consumers by non-genuine products, which may be of inferior quality or of different flavour. If laws can be passed to preserve the meaning and value of the name of a cheese, why can not the same be done for the institution of marriage? If you do not like using EU laws, we do the same for Vidalia onions in the U.S.

How about this: 16 trillion one dollar bills will easily cover the state of New York if laid side by side. It could also easily paper Ohio or Pennsylvania. It would nearly cover Florida or Wisconsin. It would cover England (not U.K.) or Greece.
Woman Sues FedEx After Receiving Shocking Delivery That She Claims Put Her Family in Danger
March 2, 2013 at 3:59pm
@ eastinfection “Her address must have been on the package or it wouldn’t have been delivered to her”
Baloney. You’ve never gotten someone else’s mail by mistake?
Of course we have received mis-delivered mail, but WHO do you think writes down the WRONG address when they are dropping it off? Do you really think that the delivery person decides to knowingly drop off a package at the wrong address but writes down that wrong address so his boss can tell the shipper where to go looking for it? The FedEx shipper has a copy of the shipment label and a tracking number. THEY are the FedEx customer and have ever right to see if/when the delivery is made. In this case, the crooks shipped it to her house and went to retrieve it.

regarding “I would also like to add, with glee, that nothing strikes at the heart of Jihad more effectively than humor”, you might want to ask the family of the “leading” Somali comic Abdi Jeylani Malaq Marshale if they agree. In case you missed it, he was shot in the head and shoulders in Mogadishu after joking about a Jihad group. Yes, they killed him over humor.
As far as I know, British Corporal Craig Harrison strikes at the heart (and perhaps the head) of Jihad the MOST effectively (2 killed and 1 wounded at 8210 feet), but I will take him or any of his fellow brothers instead of a joke any day. What part of they want to kill, convert or enslave you do you not understand? Yes, humor is subject, but as Marshale found out, a bullet in the brain isn’t.
