18 year old having sex with a 15 year old is statutory rape. It does not matter if they were both females. Statutory rape is statutory rape and the 18 year should go to jail for this. Just because she is a lesbian does not give her a free pass. Since this 18 year old’s parents were aware of the relationship and condoned it, then they should go to jail also.
I applaud the efforts of the 15 year old’s parents on trying to stop this and alerting the authorities about this crime.
