“Authorities previously said Marquez had legally purchased the high-powered guns.”
Those are not high-powered guns, nor are they assault rifles. Your average deer rifle has more power than an AR-15. Please consult with someone who knows something about firearms before describing them.
Pablo, are you referring to the people who referred to the San Berdo Two’s pistols as “assault pistols” or the “journalist” who told us on TV that the Chicago cop took out his service “revolver” and shot the kid 16 times, or the ones who refer to semiauto guns as being “automatic?” The same ones who would urinate on themselves if anyone handed them a gun to examine but are ready to tell us all about guns?
This guy's innocent. It was the video.
Outstanding that this guy will be charged and found guilty of supplying arms. One of the things that has to change in this country is applying a condition of responsibility to individuals for any and all guns they purchase and have in their possession. For example, the mother of the Newtown shooter should have been held both criminally and civilly liable for providing easy access to her guns. Particularly given she knew that her son was a disturbed individual.

Just to be on the safe side, no one should ever be allowed to write anything about firearms while on the island of Manhattan.

Yup. That is the Smith and Wesson M&P 15-22. That’s what I teach my 10 year old with.
If anyone knows where I can find some ammo at a reasonable price, I’d be obliged! :)

SCOTUS refused to overturn the Federal Appeals court decision. Cops work for us and they can record us. We can record them and they don’t have to like it.

No, you don’t. In fact, the copies aren’t even turned in to the bank any more. They are retained in case of any dispute. People often leave without leaving a signed slip behind. In that case you just close the transaction out for the original amount. (No tip for you!) The bank knows whether the card was physically present and swiped.
Because he is insinuating that folks from Kentucky are more interested in NASCAR. If he is wrong about this simple statement that could be easily confirmed, he may be wrong about the complex nature of life.
I caught that too.
Any credibility I was giving him for showing up was lost almost immediately over that whopper.
Even without understanding what he was initially referring to it came off as shallow and a common scare tactic he kept repeating...
In keeping with his "Pay your fair share",

Besides, it's so close to the University that students could conveniently go t here to get a real education.

I can’t decide whether he should fight Al Sharpton or Ben Crump.

He’d have to shoot one innocent kid before he could shoot another. So far, all he’s shot is the punk who was committing a felony.

Memo to the racist: Democrats make ghettos. Republicans don’t.
