  You can tell how low the IQ’s of some of the people here are. The vast majority of law enforcement officers are good people only doing their jobs. The amount of stress in any altercation could cause that officer to make a mistake. We are all human and are not all out there to suppress the freedoms of the public. If you were to record all the officers doing their jobs you would not get that much video of them doing wrong. If you were to video everyone doing their office jobs, I bet you would find more theft than you would believe. To the one dispariging the police, try not calling them when your house is robbed or you are in a serious car accident.

  I thought everyone else was killed in the flood. So isn’t it possible that Noah was relating the story to be passed down verbally from generation to generation? Or is the whole story of creation just made up? My faith leads me to believe in the first scenario.

  Insurance companies should do the same thing Magpul is doing and leave the state. See if the state would be able to pay for all medical in the state. But then again this may be a ploy to implement Obamacare to the fullest extent.

  What Gutierrez fails to mention is that the breadwinners and parents are caught at the border trying to enter. Only male between the ages of 20-60 are eligible for the ATEP. If they are caught at the port of entry they are automatically put into the ATEP.

  a number of these are recedivist offenders. They are caught in Az, deported through Tx, caught in Tx, deported through Ca then caught in Ca and deported through Az. So the numbers also reflect the same people being caught numerous time and deported numerous times. They don’t take into account the number that are caught and released never to be heard from again.

  These numbers are misleading. A large number of these are part of the ATEP program. People present themselves at the port and then are taken into custody to be sent to another port to be sent back or are refered to an immigration judge if Other Than Mexican. The problem is that these people could be denied entry and turned around at the port. The ports need “numbers” in order to get more funding so instead of denying entry they are taken into custody. This causes more waste of taxpayer money by having to house these people until they are seen by a judge or released on their own recognizance.
