  Someone please help me here. When was any kind of registration required that did not result in confiscation. There is no logical reason for registration, other than later confiscation. Welcome to USSA

  The Feds don’t need to pass new gun legislation. They have dried up the supply of ammo by purchasing everything in sight. Bullets are going to me the next barter item, worth their weight in gold. All you reloaders out there get busy. Don’t believe me – go try to purchase ammo, even .22 rimfire. We will all be using black powder muzzle loaders before too long.

  What guns, I sold all mine at a garage sale five years ago. You feds come on up and search. I am told by relatives that Jesse James was kin. I think we are all going to end up like Jesse.   The feds have already taken care of the ammunition issue, they just buy up everything is sight. Go on-line and try to get any. Try the big retail outdoor stores. Make every shot count.

  My friend, that I hunt with every year has been thinking I’m getting paranoid. I was telling him about my research on the web for materials for burying my guns. Not only do I need to bury my guns, but my reloading supplies and ammo. It is now looking like I need to put the research to work. They want me to register all my guns – what guns, I sold them years ago at a garage sale. Background checks next week, registry next month and confiscation next year. Wait and see.

  For those who think “universal background check” would not hurt gun owners; please substitute the phrase “registration”. Ask Canadian gun owners how that worked for them. First they get you to register, in any form they can: permit to purchase, universal background check, liability insurance, etc., then you wait for the knock on the door (if they don’t kick it down). How many times does history have to repeat itself before even idiots can see what is happening.

  For those conservatives that say “I support the second amendment” but feel the need to do something, I say then join the NRA. When they come for mine they better bring shovels.

  I made an effort to not watch the SOTU. I could not resist clicking on a channel carrying it, three or four times. Every time I checked, he was saying things I have heard over and over. This man has a fetish for bridges and “infrastructure”. The last time I checked the channel, I muted the sound. I could still determine he was blowing smoke, as his lips were moving. The man is a pathetic joke.
