I spent several years in the hotel & restaurant business, in lots of different type of venues. From greasy spoons to high class hotels.
I have friends that also worked in a wide sampling of food service establishments. Including some friends and relatives still doing it. We used to chat, but I really prefer not to hear most of it.
I have seen everything from cheap burgers to porterhouse steaks dropped on the floor & served. I saw someone drop a giant ball of pizza dough smack on the floor once. Right where the delivery guys tracked in and out. Picked it up and kept kneading. A pair of highly paid chefs playing “lobster tail hockey” with brooms. (This at a very high end resort hotel) Wiped it off and on the plate. It goes on and on but these were a few of the most memorable..
They recently closed a place near us because some of the employees were bathing in the kitchen sink. A pretty nice ethnic buffet. I’m ashamed to admit, I ate there a few times.
I seldom dine out, though. My wife is an excellent cook, thank God. 26 years she has worn out 2 stoves and about has the third one finished off. I’m not kidding.
BTW: You are usually a lot better off eating at a fast food place where the food is being prepared in front of the customers. Food there is seldom mishandled or left lay around too long. Pass the ketchup.. ;O)

What did Elvis say when he went into a restaurant?
“Gimme the left side of the menu, and a dozen jelly donuts.”
“Thank you. Thank you very much.”

I get sick of seeing these stories. So Mitch & Obama are having a lover’s spat. (Or Boehner & Obama) Every week the same thing. Of course, the RINOS roll over and give him his way in the end. Happens every time.
It’s laughable. Isn’t anyone else catching on to their act? We are being ruled by a king, and a one party legislature. The few that “get it” aren’t enough to go against the machine.
And all of the lawlessness! I read yesterday, they can’t even subpoena Hillary’s server. Really?? What B.S….
Until The Sergeant at Arms, at at the House or Senate – carts someone off and clamps their azz in a cell this is never going to change. Don’t they have any pride? How long do you let people thumb their nose at you?
The alternative to this, will involve torches, pitchforks, a lamppost and a rope. It may come to that. And sooner than they think.

This is one of those stories…
Where anything I say will be deemed inappropriate. ;O)
It was an Admiral and he deserves a medal just for keeping that straight face. Yet, for a fraction of a second, you could see him close to laughing. I suspect the second he walked out of that room, he busted up very hard.
If he ever writes memoirs about the hardest thing he ever did while in the Navy, it will be he had to keep a straight face through that.

-5? I’m impressed. ;O)
When I or anyone I know takes cash to the bank, with a gum band around it – it has a deposit slip with our name and account number with it. Think what you want, he probably wasn’t going to the bank…

I was on my way to make a payoff….
I was on my way to bribe someone…
I was on my way to pay my dealer…
I was on my way to pay my bookie…
I was on my way to the bank. Yeah – The bank! That’s the ticket!!
“I was on my way to pay my Congressman”.
“I was on my way to pay the Union Thug”.
-5? I'm impressed. ;O)

Living in a Walmart parking lot for days? Sounds like they might have ran out of money, luck and possibly faith all at the same time.
Might have figured this was as good a “hill” to die on as any. Desperation does strange things to people.
Or they just might have always been fruitcakes.
Ultimately – Walmart may have avoided this if they had rest room attendants/valets, like the better department stores…
(That last line was for comic relief. This story needs some..)

I didn’t have my glasses, and I thought for a couple of minutes it was really them.

The Anti-Christ will not need a teleprompter to speak coherently.
Read the book. ;O)

This will never end until attached garages are banned.
Great parody. Oh, wait, you're serious. A very sad testimony to the state of our country that someone that appears to be stark raving mad should still be allowed on the internet.
Pat.......I disagree. Obama is not sick, he is evil. This is a man of no conscience, of no love of America and certainly no love of Jesus Christ.
He is neither ignorant or stupid. He knows full well what he is doing not only to this country but to to the world in general and none of it is good.
