The marketplace was started by Glenn to give entrepreneurs a place to sell their creations. Glenn is helping them get started. These people are not big companies. They are people who work at home but need an outlet to market their products, and not cost them a lot of money. Glenn is helping small businesses in other words. He also claims he interviews them all before allowing them to sell their things at the Blaze Marketplace so that we can all be assured of quality. And I'm not earning a dime for that advertisement. I just wanted to clarify.

Good point. I often notice that people have the money to buy guns and ammo but seem to be short on funds when it is time to secure them.

Every time a good guy kills a bad guy with a gun, I check to see if it is reported on HuffPo. It never is.
@patrick I don't want what every MSM station is going to focus on. They morph this kinda news into an agenda. I count on the Blaze for "good guy kills bad guy" not "stupid concealed carry person lets little kid get her gun and fire in Walmart!" You know liberals love to milk stories like this for weeks so why feed them?
Happy New Year to you as well!

I have an M&P 40c. A two year old can pull the trigger. Even if one out of every 10 two year old children can do it, it is too many. Keep it on your person. I hate the idea of the pocketbook thing (obviously not for everyone in every situation). I see woman leaving their bags around all the time.

That may very well be true (though I suspect like him, I actually practice it). That being said, I would prefer to have a perp kill me than my own child. I would prefer to be late to the gun fight than to have a child kill another child, or his mother.
Practice practice practice.

Agreed. It is common sense that many people fail to grasp.

This would normally be my response but I often get bashed by the people that think a gun without a round in the chamber is useless. I say that’s horse****. I continue to carry without one in the chamber but practice often on getting one in and ready quite often.
Uh huh, and how many firefights have you been in sport? Those of us who have been there and done that, laugh at your ignorance.
Good show—You've got it right! That's the great safeguard with semi-autos! It would have prevented this death.

The silly comment of the day! Congrats.

Thanks for letting me know. I am not giving up my browser settings for one website. I like TheBlaze but it really is designed so badly and I couldn’t imagine viewing it 10 times a day in its current form (As I type this, a video just started playing on its own…So sad).

Question to some Blaze posters. Is anyone else having issues seeing ANY comments under the stories from a browser with adblock on? I am sending this from Internet Explorer which happens to be the only Browser that does not have adblock. This is repeatable across 3 different computers.
I have no intention of changing my usual browser and quite honestly, without adblock, TheBlaze website looks like Disney threw up.
listening to too many tv commercials and reading to many fashion mags I think... Socks are socks are socks and I don't care if someone tells you their socks keep your feet more comfortable, dryer, or smell free becasue they are infused with some hojo mojo in the fibers.... guess what they are still socks
I wear sandals year round. (I'm not kidding.) Mo' hair socks match my sandals.

You would live in New York if someone gave you $80 Million.
Just long enough to meet obligations.
My mail may go to address but you really couldn't keep me there.
The blind foam at the mouth liberalism there just makes me treat it like its full of blood thirsty zombies.
And with the money I save, they can fly me some pizza and pretzels and crap. Or I'll pay for the receipes and train people to make it, get the right equipment. Viola no need to visit cesspool USA.
Some things are way more important than money, like
Morals and Values
What good is $80 Million if you're Miserable?
I certainly would live in NYC with $80M. Also, and because with that much bank, I could well afford more houses in rural and secluded places around the world.

Term, I spent 2 weeks in Texas and it still has me wonder why I live in this (NY) god forsaken state. I was driving from Georgetown to South Padre and was shocked that people would pull to the (Clean) shoulder of the road to let me by. And they waved!!!
In NY, people recognize that you might need to get somewhere and SLOW DOWN.
