  • Little packets of SALTY water kept this clown alive? Yeah! Right!

What the hell is it with the Blaze and these stupid stories?

Are they so easily duped as the Lame-Stream Media? Is this what Glenn Beck means by “another” media? If so, I’ll keep the other 4, thanks!

  • Sorry, folks, this photo looks to be overly photoshopped. I know of very few instances where the background lighting is so consistently bright in a dark alley like this one and the faces so “skin-tone-ish.”

Also, is it just me or does the child on the right appear to have no support under its neck? Rigor?

  • What many people are missing in this story is that all this protesting, anger, defiance, etc. at the city government did absolutely NOTHING!!!

The meters were installed. And they will not be un-installed.

It’s like someone smacks you in the face, apologizes for it and somehow you are supposed to accept that because they can’t “un-slap” you.

This is government tyranny at a local level that is manifesting itself at ALL levels.

  • WOW! And lost on everyone here so ready to jump on this idea is the fact that we will create another bloated, inefficient TSA type system within our school districts filled with levels and layers of bureaucrats to “manage” them. On our dime.

How about a simpler system requiring virtually no money: allow teachers to come to work with their own pistols. The only cost is the background check and CCW permit.

  • BREATHTAKING?!?!?! Really, Blaze?

When will you stop the over-the-top hyperbole when writing a headline or is everyone on your staff a bunch of 14 year olds never exposed to anything before in their lives so something like this generates excessive emotion?

Yes, the school may have been large and full of kids. Yes, it is now abandoned. But many schools get abandoned with time. But “breathtaking?” PUH-LEASE!!!!

Try for a bit more professionalism will you?

Or be like the Huff-Po and ban this comment because you do not like it.

  • WOW! Nothing like practicing censorship on comments! I see mine never made it and I was not profane or rude nor did I engage in personal attacks.

So much for your credibility as a “news” source. You’re as bad at the Mainstream Media.

  • WOW! All this sniping at one another and no one noticed the glaring fact of our egregious waste: 736 MILLION pounds of turkey in a country with 310 million people of which a good 25% are either babies, pre-teens or seniors who won’t eat much, maybe another 15% don’t eat turkey at all which means the remainder ate about 4 pounds each. I can’t believe that it is possible so a lot went to waste.

Yet we whine about how hard times are. And get harangued to make “donations” of turkeys to so many so-called “less fortunate” who end up wasting it, too, because, after all, it was “given” to them and they have no horse in the race of self-responsibility. So why should they be frugal?

    I must be missing something.

  • You are all missing an important point concerning this man’s lawsuit and demand for $2 million.

You DO realize that now he has a criminal record (or at least it will always show he was arrested.) Now, pretend it happened to you and you lost your job and were trying to get a new one. In these economic times exactly how easy do you think that would be? As an employer would you even give him an interview since his application probably asked about arrests and he HAD to say he was arrested?

This dealership employed Nazi tactics to go after him. They have to make it right because this man may never get a decent job again.
